“This place is nice and staff is mostly always friendly. The only complaint I have is they don’t let you shake the Sonny angel and Smiski boxes?? I have bought various times from this Sanrio and they have always let me shake the boxes. It’s not like it’s damaging the product .. it honestly takes the excitement and fun out of Smiski and Sonny angel hunting :/ and of course I walk in the store to see an employee shaking one of the Sonny angels boxes herself. So employees can shake them but customers can’t ? Hmm. That’s the only thing I would hope the owner or manager of the store would change . It’s not fair employees can shake the boxes but paying customers can’t?”

“I went in this Morning with my daughter to buy baby girl clothes for a gift. Very clean and organized store! But the best part was when I went to pay the Associate there by the name of Da’mona was extremely nice, fast and efficient she provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE she made me feel Good! “I was heading towards the exit of Tyler small when this storefront caught my eye. Walked in and was warmly greeted by employee Justin. Maybe he was the Manager? Wouldn’t know, he was just super chill. Immediately I was drawn to the IE heart logo hats. Having spent more than half my life in the Inland Empire, I definitely have love for the IE. Never saw it expressed so awesomely though! Left with two hats in color schemes I had never before seen (and I’ve seen a lot of hats) and Justin hooked it up with kindness and care. Even though it’s over half hour from where I live, I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend a visit!”

“Love finding unique shirts for my little boy. Stopped in today and needed a larger size for the shirt I chose the lady checked and said it was in stock. She went to grab it from the stand but it wasn't there. She went the extra mile and checked shipment, went through boxes and found it. I was impressed. The other lady was nice enough to tell me that the shirts shrink a bit so I went up a size.Talk about customer service. Clothes are a little pricey buy worth it. Just couldn't pass up the fly Shirts. I found a new spot to shop for my son's clothes.”

“Janet from the store went above and beyond. I’ve shopped at old navy for over 15 years and I’ve never met a worker like her. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence. I never really do reviews but I need the company to know they have a jewel on their hands. Thank you Janet for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. We need more Janet’s in this world! I definitely will be back because of this woman, I know it was just a purchase and 1 interaction but what a difference she makes just that 1 time.
