I literally had my items on the counter to pay and waited a full minute and the cashier chose to help a different guest she walked up to the counter before me. I was flabbergasted, the man gave a happy smirk about it too. It's literal bs. I'm so disgusted by how I was treated. She tried to act all bubbly after, kick rocks woman. You get what you give. Also your car wash sucks, the air dryer has been broken for 6 years. You come out a spotty mess.

Most of the staff here is very friendly and has great customer service. Especially Francisco, Ramon, Pablo, and Jose. The morning shift however is terrible. The manager Libby Garcia abuses her role as manager and instead of resolving issues she escalates them by harassing customers. If this business values their community they will terminate Libby and Rachel immediately. Otherwise we will dedicate our efforts to letting it be known of the issues being caused by this locations management. I have been visiting this gas station for over 10 years since moving here in 2013, this sort of behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed by the owners asap!

For being a Chevron branded pump station, this one is disappointing and needs some work. The first pump took my card, and the screen was frozen. I waited a couple of minutes and my card was released. The next pump I tried had a video ad playing over the text asking me a yes/no question, I was unable to read. I just chose "no.". Hopefully it wasn't asking me if I wanted free lottery tickets. Then after pumping, there was no receipt paper. Please fix your pumps.

This Chevron gas station has managed to accumulate a bad reputation in the neighborhood. And let's be clear... it's a friggin gas station. The expectations are pretty low for a cookie cutter business at the corner of nearly every block on Van Buren Blvd. And yet people in my family and our neighbors all have some story about this place. 2 such stories: My dad's story: He's a 68 year old guy who bought a pint of icecream. Upon arriving home (literally a block away) he realized that this icecream had clearly melted half way. How long was this dairy product unrefrigerated? Who knows. He turned right around and brought it back for a refund and, more importantly, to alert this neighborhood business of a problem. Astonishingly, the clerk who had JUST sold him the pint accused him of racing home and surreptitiously exchanging the pint of ice cream at home with another one. Amazing. My story today: Pulled up, scanned my card, selected fuel, put the pump in... nothing. Hmm. Maybe a bad pump. Pulled around to another pump... same thing. Then I noticed other would-be customers doing the same thing. As I was walking into the store, 2 more customers were coming out all saying the same thing - none of the pumps work. My conversation with the clerk: "I understand all the pumps are down." "Yeah, it's been like that all day." "Do you think you could put a sign up at the pumps or something? Everyone is obviously frustrated at having their time wasted." "I'm not the manager." "Right, could you call the manager?" "They know." "Can I contact the manager?" "No, you can't." So, here I am. On Yelp. To telly you just to go to one of the other many options on Van Buren Blvd. This place is terrible.

I've had issues before but never have I been told that my money is no good. Went into this establishment with change all in quarters was told that I could not use it to get gas which I was low on in my gas tank they told me that my money was no good that I would have to go somewhere else to get gas what a f***** u* station Don't use them go somewhere else they don't have a clue I've been told s*** like this before from them very upsetting all as I can tell you people is they just want your cash or credit card no change is to cross their f****** hands how upsetting it is to go in there and deal with people that are really f***** u* no wonder they have a higher green sign out in front of the place always cause they can't get decent people to work there oh well use your own discretion when going to this gas station that's all I can say Worst place ever.

I went to this location today to get a quick car wash and it may have been the worst decision I've made in a long time. Trying to enter the car wash was extremely difficult as there seemed to be something at the bottom not allowing me to get inside. I looked around to see if there were any signs saying not to reverse and there were not so I backed up a little and proceeded to move forward the momentum getting over that small block. Once the car wash began the soap dispenser was coming out at the slowest speed I've ever seen and only covered a small portion of my car. The wash continued with the small soap amount and washed it like if nothing was wrong. Then I try to exit to the dryer portion and the block happens again, where nothing would allow me to proceed except reversing and using the momentum to get out. My car was barely dry after going through the dryers at the exit, and now I have to drive my car to the mechanics as soon as possible because it is now overheating and Will pretty soon be undrivable. Thanks for ruining my car, you'll be hearing from me and potential legal counsel soon!

I have been coming here for a long time, and for awhile now I have noticed that the gas I get here is either filled with a bunch of bad stuff that just burns your gas up or something else is way off.. so I did some investigations, I went to 3 diff gas stations and filled my tank up each time and went to places that were the same as before and I saved so much gas, omg my gas lasted WAY LONGER on every gas station I went to.. the gas at this Chevron is either really cheap and a rip off , my gas does not last here at all.. I don't know what's the deal but we are really having bad times and if this is what this gas station is doing shame on you, I also used two different SUV's and both of them shows the difference.. sad because I have come here for a long time and now no more...

Had to go inside because I was paying cash for gas. It was busy with two lines of people waiting. A female cashier stopped taking care of customers to flirt with a white guy in a different line. She even tried to get him to come over to her register in front of all of the customers already waiting. When he declined, she continued to flirt with him and carry on. The rest of us where not white guys so she totally ignored us. It was clear that this station does not like women or Hispanics. The woman who appeared to be her manager, supported her behavior. They thought it was funny.

Manager is way over cocky wearing like 3 or 4 rings on one hand and think he's the greatest thing on earth. Couldn't give me receipt or do anything proper. his name is James he has serious mental issues running his gas station like an impersonated police officer. no respect and the reason they cannot hold stable employees once you see the manager is a joke with short man syndrome they quit.
