Nice clean/newer gas station. Pretty good/nice area.. nothing bad to say about this location. It's a gas station.. Across from Kahoots and next to Farmer Boys.

This Extra Mile Convenience Store in Riverside is maintained immaculately and is very clean and organized. The staff inside is very friendly and the coffee is very hot. I added air in my tires and the were gracious enough to turn the air on for me. The air and water station was very clean and the air gauge was surprisingly working unlike most gas stations. The store was fully stocked with everything you could need like ice, hot food, sandwiches, hot coffee, beer, propane, ice cold drinks and more.

I didn't want to do this but it's gotten to a point where I need to let others know. About 4 weeks ago I purchased a new car and i wanted to get it washed because it was dusty so I went to the car wash on vanburan and king at the king chevron. When I was in the car wash I saw a metal wire wrapped around the brushes AND IT WAS SCRATCHING UP THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY CAR!! There was nothing I could do but to listen to it scratch my car til it was finished .( I took many pics ). When it was finished I had parked to the side and got the manager mike and what he pretty much said is that he'll take pictures and send it to corporate and he'll let me know. And that "it could've been worse" . He really had a bad attitude about it and I wasn't rude in any ways so I wasn't understanding why he was being such way.... we'll it's about 3 weeks later and I call every day to ask if he's there or if there's any word and in a very rude way he'll say he hasn't heard anything or that he's not in that day. It's getting frustrating because my car looks bad and all it needs is for it to get buffed out which will only cost them $250 but they won't contact me back!! I don't want to do them dirty and have to go the hard way ... moral of the story don't use the car wash I've heard nothing but bad reviews on it and I will never go to that gas station for service due to bad customer service.. Gas prices are usually higher than other places. Food and drinks rate as usual. AVOID The CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS!! Water STINKS. Heavy duty bacteria in the wash. Didn't used to be that way. Here I am at this same car wash 11/19 and the bacteria is so bad it sinks and I'm going to throw up! Why oh why did I go back????

Place is always clean and when I have had to talk to the staff they are always nice and polite. I like the car wash and always use it when I get gas.

Horrible, no customer service, the pump started to dispense gas but the locking mechanism was broken, it was very difficult to continue as it kept shutting off. I tried using the call button to ask for help, no response. I walked inside and simply said the nozzle was not working and could someone help? The response was forcefully that no one else had problems with the pump, and that it was not broken! I asked again for help and to confirm my credit card charge. "April the manager " yelled "I don't need THIS TODAY, no apology, no assistance offered, even the other clerk asked April to settle down. DO NOT stop here! RUDE, Unprofessional, keep driving. They deserve ZERO stars, and BTW, I live in the area, need to locate the owner and contact Chevron.

Just filled up my tank. Over $75. I needed air in my tire and I couldn't even get free air. How cheap can this place be? Hope your $1 was worth it. You list me as a customer. I drive over 400 miles weekly and I only use Chevron. This is one of the 3 main Chevrons I USED to stop at. Congrats on losing hundreds monthly. Lol
