The lady that is the manager of the bank is rude and and she doesn't put any efforts to help customers. which is supposed to be her job.

I AM TAKING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. This location is the worst. I am a private client, just wanted to add my wife to the account. First time they send her back saying I need to be there with her. Doesn't give an appointment with the Private relationship rep. Then I go with her another day, there is a 1 hour wait, they add us to the list. We had some other stuff to do nearby so went and came back. It was around 1:40 then KAILEY stands there and says we are not taking anymore clients. I said I was in waiting list. Then she says we had to be waiting at the location. The first person could have told us that. Then I say that I am a private client. No acknowledgement either. At least Kailey could have been more nicer and could have probably squeezed us in. Or could have connected with the private client rep. These people don't realize that there salaries are coming from our deposits and that we are there customers, and they have to serve us. Finally the relationship rep Diane is a complete waste. She doesn't even return phone calls. Probably ready to retire and just passing the time. I don't even know why they run this branch. They should have closed it way back. Disgusting place and customer service people.

This bank location needs better customer service. As we stood in line waiting for the teller, the bank rep guiding people through the line skip us twice when we were next. When we asked why she said that because we needed a spanish speaking teller. We never requested a spanish speaking rep. There was no apology for the longer wait time. In the time that we were there there were about 5 reps that were welcoming and just one teller helping the customers. What a joke of servicing the customer.
P.s. I always do good reviews, if I have something bad to say I just leave it blank and never go back to the same place but this was ridiculous.

The ATM was not working, I try to go inside and I could not get in with my card because the card reader was not working and was broken please fix this issue so that we don't have to make a big line outside the bank. Thank you

This is to the idiots who stand at the door to speak to you. They give miss information and lie about the bookings. I watched this lady tell me she was going to talk to the account lady for me. To see if she had time. She walked over there looked at her watched and walked back. I said you didn't ask her anything I watched. She then goes back and says Friday at 12:30 to1 What a joke.
Update I am here now and now they said 1:30. Now they just sent me a reminder email saying 1: to 3pm what a joke this place is. Underneath is the original time of 12:30. Just know they will lie to make you seem like your the problem.

Bank is garbage. They charge $10 to cash a check that is issued from there bank. Just to try and get you to open a account

I am so tired of the Bank Manager at this location always standing behind the Teller and staring at my PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION (VIOLATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY ACT). She always starts off with Hello. But if she wants to say Hello she can stay on the same side of the window that I am conducting MY PERSONAL BUSINESS on. I noticed each time I am at this location she doesn't stand behind any other teller that is assisting a Customer. ** Today she was squinting reading over the Tellers shoulder. ** Also, they (staff included) need to refrain from calling me HER. They see my name on my debit card. So, either refer to me as Ms., or my first name. ** Not good Customer Service **

Im cancelling my account soon, disgusted of hearing about the ties between this bank and the Military industrial Complex so explains why they investing in rebuilding Ukraine. Close atms early for our safety, but doesn't accept the growing crime is because they rather make people homeless instead of making it affordable to live.
