My experience so far has been phenomenal! Don't have to jump through hoops like other pharmacies.Only wishing there was an online method to request and keep track of refills. However, their pharmacists are incredibly helpful nonetheless!Thank you Care Plus team!!

Told me they ordered my prescription two different times. I called to check if it had been delivered (3rd time) told me to call back the next day... called back (4th time) told me the order was never placed and they couldn't place the order. Called back two weeks later (5th time) told me i picked up my prescription already ! Then told me to call back again later (6th time) and told me that they still couldn't place the order. How was my prescription ordered twice and then "picked up" & not available to order?

I called to refill a medication and the girl who answered was very rude. I told her the medication was low and was wondering if I would be receiving a refill before it runs out. She ends the conversation by saying pretty aggressively that the medication will be there before it runs out, it wasn't. A week later I am still waiting and I have been completely out of my medication which is an antidepressant/anxiety med that you are not supposed to just stop taking. The man who usually makes the deliveries is very nice that is the only reason I am giving them any stars. It is very unprofessional to talk to someone the way she was to me on the phone, and no I was not rude in any way. She must have been overwhelmed with her job and taking it out on clients. To just abruptly stop taking this sort of medication can cause a lot of damage and they apparently do not care.

VERY BAD pharmacist, he made me wait over half an hour for a simple Covid booster while he talked & talked on a personal phone call. AND, he didn't even do it right, he didn't squeeze my arm where he injected me, causing more pain than it should. He's a middle-eastern guy that clearly has no respect for women, their time, just generally an a******* Very Rude.

They failed to deliver my psych meds and did not call to tell me they had issues with a copay of a certain medication. Instead of calling me to explain the situation and to tell me they weren't going to deliver, they just didn't show up at all. I had to call them to see where my meds were and they nonchalantly said that their didn't have a coupon for my type of medicine and it would be $900 for a 30 day supply. Instead of giving me the option of deciding whether I wanted it or not, the just chose to not deliver any of the medications I need on a daily basis. I am now 10 days off my meds and am facing major withdrawals due to their negligence. I called and they were unfazed and unapologetic. Will not be using this pharmacy again. This is ridiculous, you can't play with people's medications!
