They were very nice to my senior pug. All my questions were answered, and their prices are reasonable. Great staff!

First time here with 2 dogs. Love them. She took all the time she needed and addressed all their issues and explained options clearly

They are kind and gentle with my dogs. They are truly here to help. Some vets seem to try to rack up a bill. Not These guys. They are problem solvers. Dr Schrader is the best.

This has been our animal hospital for almost 10 years. We take all our pets here for every need. The staff and Drs are so caring and compassionate. My dog Kona loves it here. If you’re looking for a good animal hospital, try this one.

Everytime I call to ask a simple question about costs, treatment, or exams. I’m always rudely dismissed by the front desk. They told me to get over the counter flea medication when I just wanted an exam and vet prescribed medication for my kitten. They don’t even offer me an appointment and rudely hang up. I’m disappointed because I live right across this vet and would’ve liked to take my pets here.

First time I've actually stopped in here(I live 2 minutes away for the past 15 years). Everyone, including the office help, nurse and vet were nice, professional and let myself and wife spend alone time making tough decisions. In the end, we put our dog down to ease his pain but this hospital and staff is top notch!!

They are very caring and gentle. Both my dogs are happy to go there. No anxiety at all. The vet even calls on her own time to follow up. Highly reccomend.

I took my Dachsalier (Longhair Dachshund and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) Rio in to see Dr. Fine at the Canyon Crest Animal Hospital this morning. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. I was taken in a few minutes before my appt time. The exam room was very clean. Charlene came in and got the information on why had brought Rio in then took Rio to the back for examination. Dr. Fine came in and gave me her analysis on Rio. Several things had to be addressed and discussed. Dr. Fine explained everything clearly and precisely and gave no indication of being in a hurry even though she had other clients to see. I told her I was on a very strict budget and would have to borrow the money for Rio's treatment. Dr. Fine took the time to look into possible ways of keeping the cost at a minimum. I would definitely recommend Canyon Crest Animal Hospital. Thank you to all staff for their welcoming and kind service.

Trixiee Mae needed to be seen today and Canyon Crest Animal Hospital was able to accommodate. Nicole was so generous with her time on the phone and her time during Trixiee's intake. They were so kind and thankfully there was nothing major going on and she has received the relief needed with a clear understanding from Dr. Schrader on her diagnosis. I'm grateful to the staff and care Trixiee received.

All I can say is be very careful bringing your dog here. My pet was here for a small surgery, the medication they used caused my dog to have a bleeding ulcer. Money is the only interest they have. The result from her surgery, she never recovered after her blood transfusion. Two emergency hospitals later and an ultrasound of her stomach revealed a mass, she never made it home. Canyon crest as far as I'm concerned was totally inept, not even an ex-ray offered but $1800.00 bill.

Thanks to the staff at CCAH for helping my dog for his seizure today! We were lucky to be so close to you when it hit him. He’s doing better now.

I am currently sitting outside their doors wiping down my cat who was returned to me COVERED with her FECES. They handed her to me in a crate and mention nothing about her having pooped everywhere. I took her out of the crate, since I never have her in one, and smelled and saw p*** on her entire body. I immediately called them from outside their doors and all they could say was that she was scratching and uncooperative. She's feeling very ill and I have no idea how a vet doesn't have adequate supplies and staff to handle "uncooperative" animals. They are there most likely scared and in pain. How are they supposed to be 100% cooperative?! Her entire tail and body was completely disheveled, so I'm assuming they man handled her. I will be filing a formal complaint and will never return to this place. This was complete abuse! Oh, and they charged (then reimbursed once caught) for an exam that never happened. My cat left undiagnosed, untreated, and covered in feces. I had to come home and give her a shower.
