I would like to give a big shout out to Chris.
We had a planned family gathering at our house on June 26 and we were experiencing issues with our AC equipment.
We contacted Chris and he responded very quick to assist with our issue and successfully fixed our problem.
This is not the first time that Chris has bailed us out. I would highly recommend anyone to contact Chris for issues with your air conditioning system.

Needed AC fixed. This outfit works with home warranty company (HWC). They came out three times and replaced fan motor and then circuit board. Still didn't work. They then never returned calls or texts to myself nor the HWC. When I called from a different number the repairman finally answered and said we would have to call someone else because the job was too advanced for them. The (HWC) said they fired CA comfort for repeatedly not following up with people. The next guy the HWC sent out found all the new connections made to install circuit board were not taped or wire nutted, just left bare and it was causing a short that would not allow the system to work. Fire risk left in my attack due to careless, shoddy work. The new company also said the gas was turned off to the heater. He noted the prior repair job done by CA ComfoRT had put in aftermarket parts that didn't allow the unit to be properly sealed back up. They would not touch it or turn gas back on because they said it was a high fire risk now with the unit left unsealed. The company still refuses to answer any correspondence. Stay away from this outfit. Small claims being filed so I can get reimbursed for having all their work done right with correct parts.

California Comfort is a Life Saver. Chris is awesome, I highly recommend using this company, very honest and professional. One of my A/C units decided to stop blowing cold air at the hottest time this summer. I contacted Chris and he was not able to make it that late in the evening, (plus it would have been too hot inside my attic for anyone to be hanging out in). However, Chris scheduled me for the next morning, he then called and asked if he could arrive earlier to avoid all the morning school traffic. He arrived as promised, troubleshot my system and and replaced the need part. This guy is Awesome and a very genuine nice person on top of that. He also gave me a few suggestions to help maintain my system to help possibly prevent some future issues. I highly recommend you contact California Comfort for any of your HVAC needs. Apparently they do residential as well as commercial services. I don't normally post many reviews, but this company is awesome. I know it's winter time now and it's been a few months, but I could not let more time pass and not post a review for this business. Great service with a very reasonable price and very memorable.

The two air conditioning units on the roof of our thrift shop needed replacement. The landlord left it up to us to replace and then they would reimburse us. Unfortunately, the landlord also put weekly demands on us and Paul at California Comfort. Paul was so patient and supportive of us! After six months, the units were finally installed! Thanks to Paul for his support and patience! We are now cool and comfortable.

I had Chris owner of California Comfort install a new AC/heating system in April of 2019. He came out in June 2021 to service system. He told me to do that every year. I have called his company at 951 784-4444 at least 3 times a week to set up appointment for my service. Their has been NO response since I started calling on May 17, 2022, and today is July 12, 2022. Is this company still in business? In my opinion to not return calls is very bad business practice.

Chris the owner operator is a very knowledgeable and down to earth guy. I am a general contractor by trade and trust this man with all of my customers and refer him out anytime hvac is involved. His team of justin and nick are also exceptional. I also purchased a whole home fan with him based on his advice. It has saved me ALOT of money, very quiet, and keeps my home clean from any airborne pathogens 24/7. He even directed me to the city number for rebate form installing this product. Trust this man with any issues. Very reliable, honest, and professional

Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday in the middle of this big heat wave (115 degrees) in the inland empire. I was given Chris' name by a mutual friend at church, and he came out first thing this morning to help us. It was in the 90's inside our house at this point, so we were very grateful he was willing to come out so quickly, AND on a holiday to check it out. He quickly determined that there was nothing wrong with our a/c unit, just a problem with a monitoring unit that was installed by Edison. Even though we had opted out of participation in the cycling program, the electric company had turned off our unit remotely because of the strain on the power grid. Chris was honest with us, said we did t need any repairs done, washed off the outside a/c unit, and was on his way within a few minutes. What a blessing to have service from a truly honest and kind person. Don't hesitate to call Chris!

Customers beware California Comfort has outrageous prices, He overcharges customers it's just ridiculous. He quoted me $850.00 for parts that literally cost $50.00. $800.00 a hour it would of cost a poor innocent person who didn't know any better.

I couldn't be more happy with Chris and California Comfort. Fast, responsive, knew their stuff! Went above and beyond IMO to help with my homes AC. I bought a new HVAC American Standard compressor and couldn't be more pleased. I have used California Comfort before in the past, and they come recommended from a local contractor friend. I highly recommend!

We’ve had our A/C go down in the middle of a heat wave and Chris came right over to bail us out. There have been many, many times over the years that we’ve had small things go wrong that affected our AC system. No matter how small the problem, Chris is always there to handle it. We also use California Comfort to service our business. In the mass confusion and fear caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Chris reached out to me to inform me of some new technology in virus/bacteria elimination through our AC/heating systems. As our work demands the protection of our patients, Chris was there again, immediately, to install the equipment we needed. California Comfort goes beyond just service. I have been using California Comfort for several years at our business in Riverside. Chris has replaced some of our old units with newer more efficient ones for a great price. He is quick to respond to any service needs as well.
