I bought my kids some boots and my self something 5/4/24 am a loyal costumers at the moreno valley /riverside boot barm store I when back on next day to exchange one of my kids size. so one of the employees told me straight out nope we can exchange the dirty and been wear for long time I laugh and said let me talk to you manager so manager came and when back to the employee to ask him should i exchange or not what kind of manager ask a regular employee should i should I not ..ANA The manager you rude and dont know about customer services .

While at this location I was treated horribly! The person ringing me up, Ana I believe her name was, gave me an extreme attitude! She also raised her voice to an associate that was asking her a questing. Poor service overall.

Managers are not very respectful and do not care for your problems as they just want you to get in and get out some store employees are very helpful and some don't even know the product they're selling from all the boot Barn I've been at this is one of the worst I prefer to drive to San Bernardino and that's saying a lot or even Menifee is much better than this store hopefully they get it together
