The worst I've ever bought I bought a 2013 bentley gtc Convertible I drive it down the street and the check engine light turn on took it back said they fixed it I took 2 or 3 times back check engine keep staying on. stays off for about 50 miles once they reset it.. never got 2 parts the promised to repair a cover for the convertible to and no driver blinker bellet .. he keep saying he sent it the auto repair shop but everytime I contact they they say they don't got it ... so I paid close to 80.000 for a car that has no driver side blinker and no cover on the top and still a check engine light on till this day then they sell me gold standard insurance for my car they Don't cover 70% the thing that need to be repaired ..this car is hell most of all this dealer put me thru hell .the picture is the day I bought it there

Mike was great. It was sad to see this business is no longer there. Wish eventually our path cross again. It's always been my dream to buy from Mike since my school years.

We had a confirmed appointment on a Saturday, and the gate was closed. We tried calling Mike the manager, and it went straight to voicemail. Would be appropriate if Yelp had a different category for business like this. Be cautious with this place.

i went in to buy a bentley, I can not tell you how great michael was in helping me, even though he was selling the car for a friend, he really tried helping me so much to make it work for me. He moved mountains to help me, i bought many cars in my life numerous dealers big & small. none come close to black label, especially michael. I never got the Bentley, not any fault of Michael, only because I had other problems. I was only a signature away from driving out of the dealership with my last car, my Dream car. god bless you michael & black label. anybody smart should wait & ensure michael finds you what you want, if he does not have the car you are looking for, trust me only use Michael. i know one thing. I will never ever buy a car without black label. for now, I will miss my dream car. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, this will be my last car I ever buy & will pass on to my son & I am thankful I found Black Label Auto only trust michael. Even though I coukd not buy a car for now I already sent my cousin's & friends, who bought cars from Michael. As god is my witness I speak the truth god bless michael & everyone there. ed

I bought a 6 series bmw and it was a great car buying experience. Where as I have some not so good ones as most people could understand. The sales associates were very helpful and I was impressed that the owner took time out his day to make me feel like he appreciated my business. I don't keep cars very long so I know I will bring returning there on my next purchase.

Got a great car for a good deal but was damaged on delivery which the dealership said they would fix then stopped responding. Also took 4 months to get title after paying cash and didn't even take care of titling or registration that was discussed at sale. Hard to recommend when they don't follow through and damage then refuse to fix.

Best car buying experience hands down. I've Is purchased many cars in the past and have never been taken care of like Alex took care of me here! Go on the website pick a car, go in, test drive it and smile all the way home! Black Label Auto gets 5 stars and 5 diamonds from me! That's so much.

I bought a 2014 BMW about 8 months ago for my wife. A day or two after taking the car, the car started overheating. Mike was gracious enough to come and get the car and offer us a loaner. He ended up having to fix the sunroof and it was also the water pump that went out which made it overheat. Supposedly the water pump was replaced with a new water pump. He kept the car for more than a month. Two weeks ago the car started overheating again. It’s the water pump again. I spoke to Mike about it, who told me that since it’s been so long he couldn’t do anything about it. Beware of this place. Buy at your own risk.

I've purchased a lot of exotic cars in my lifetime. But I must say that Purchasing my Aston from Black Label was the easiest transaction I've ever experienced. They got me financed over the phone and via email. I just had to come in with my docs and down payment and they took care of the rest! Mike and Alex were super professional and accommodating to all my needs. I highly recommend this place for any make and model!

I have purchased many used cars over the year s but black label auto has been one of the smoothest transactions i have ever made mike is a fantastic guy and gave me great discount on the car and made the whole process of buying a car very easy i drove two hours to get there but jt was worth it
