Be careful with this store, I bought 2 Galaxy tablets and A8, I bought insurance for the 2. When they sold me the insurance, they told me that they would change it if it was damaged, it worked well for 8 months, the insurance for 2 years and they only told me that they could fix it and do not combine, there is theft, why did I not pay to fix it, pay to exchange it for a new one, and they did not fulfill what I paid

Staff horse playing instead of helping find what I needed. When I did find what I needed a female checker was trying to intimate my friend of 47 yrs and I while we checked out. She talked to someone about stereotypical things in the ghetto like she lived there. Maybe she thought we lived there cause we're black,guess she thought we'd steal something cause she did send a young man to help us earlier..Why do I need to tell my story for staff to do their job and help me?When someone my age is white,Asian or Latino they are treated with respect no matter what their appearance is..I don't like playing the race card but some businesses make it obvious they are Trump like ppl.If I didn't need to go to that store I wouldn't or I'd order it if I could, some businesses still act like it's the 40's and I'm the help entering in the back door drinking out a colored fountain. Do better,keep your Neanderthal opinions to YOU

Ok yall I know that roaches are universal pests, but come on! Why is it that a BIG RED GLISTENING COCKROACH met me in the TV department like a salesman, standing next to a TV on a shelf, even looked up at me like how about this one (a Sony)? And ran off like oh well! Disgusting! It probably went inside the box! That threw me off right there! BEST BUY PLEASE! GUESTS DON'T WANT ROACHES TO BE PART OF THEIR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OMG! FUMIGATE!

every time I walk in moreno valley best buy there is never any employees who offer assistance. Customer service needs improvement here.
