Wow I can't believe I waited 40 minutes I line to buy my item!!! So many employees just walking around and talking amongst themselves eachother... the customer service here is lame... no one will guide you to find anything... they just tell you where it might be and don't even check with you to make sure they find it for you... to many employees for the little customer service they offer... call me if you have any questions..6264043075

Place is ghetto and not what it once was. I bought my nephew a present for his bday recently, it was broken but exceeded the '14 days' (it was 18 days), and they wouldn't refund or exchange. Completely stupid. Wasn't even used. Most stores do at least 30-60-90 days. I feel the service was seriously lacking here.

Not a lot of DVD or blu-ray in stock physically on the store. Most of it is online, which is depressing. Also, it's confusing to see who is a sale rep vs. who is not a sales rep. In the best buy store; knowing too well that all of the employees working at Best Buy have the exact same uniform. Some will sadly have the audacity by saying, " Sorry I am Not a sales Rep. There are some in the tv section... you could ask them. " It's sad to see how well they progressed less in customer service, when customers ask them a simple question.

We specifically asked the customer service person at the front where something was. He sent us back there to the display. I couldn't find it. Come to find out you had to purchase it at the front at the check out. I went to the check out and had to wait a few minutes for someone to finally show up to ring me up. It was a bit annoying as I had a small group with me including my elderly grandpa to go on a goose chase across the store.

Popped in today, without much time on my schedule, to look for new Galaxy phone; was absolutely blown away with the amazing personable customer service ! I felt respected, worthy, and important-- you CANNOT get this from online purchasing... "big box", " "brick-n-mortar", call it what you will...human interaction truly can & should never be replaced

Michael in the Apple department was exceptional. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was friendly, funny, & very patient with me. I'm someone who really weighs out my options before making my decision. He was very knowledgeable on all the models and their specs. He helped me make my final decision. For a couple of years I paid the Geek Squad year membership, I never need to use it, however at that time it was a wise protection, because what they'll provide in case of needing their help., which thankfully I never needed.I went to renew it, because I purchased a new home printer which needed to be connected to the desktop computer.For starters i got a message to expect the service between 7am to 7pm, that was not acceptable, I called the "customer service" (which now comes from some foreign place, which wasn't easy to grasp my issue) I demand they narrow the window for the time when the tech will arrived. 12 hours just waiting for the arrival is not the correct to treat customers, our time has value too.It was a bad experience, Mike arrive with a difficult attitude, I'm my home by upbringing, I always offer water, coffee e, tea, anything they might like or need to have. then I was ready for him to start working, from the get go it was putting down my desktop tower age and pretty much all my setup, telling me I should go to the store and buy new PCU, screen, the only thing he didn't mention was the keyboard. It didn't give me confidence on what was happening.I just lost my husband and my economic resources are limited, which I told him, from then on he was not agreeable to listen to me, and in my long life, most people like that, will accuse others of not letting them talk, when I would have like to be able to communicate with him. At that point I was upset and just ask him to please leave, he continue accusing me for the situation, again I told him thanks, but no more, I'll have to go to Best Buy in Riverside and get a refund of the almost $300.00 for which I got no service at all.What a pity that during economic times when many families and individuals have to be very careful with their budgets, many might get treated like I was, because a business I would brin business, because I like the strore and the people I had the fortune to had help for my needs.I hope this could be consider constructive criticism, in my life working retail stores (of other kind) we need to offer help without antagonistic attitude, listening to what they're lookinf for and letting them know we were listening and wanted to help. And those principles I'm sure still apply.

Plentiful tech to choose from, multiple brands, employees are extremely helpful and immediately ask you if you need any help from the get-go as to not have you struggle during your visit.

I came here to buy a couple gaming mice, but walked out because the mice are scattered among rows. Instead of being all in one spot, they are sorted by brand and displayed with matching keyboard, accessories, etc. Not an easy way to compare products.
