Since I walked into the store this fat old black security guard kept following me and my girlfriend around the store. While I was paying for my item, he purposely stood at the door waiting for us. Then after we left the store, he walked out looking for us like we're criminals or something. I felt profiled and uncomfortable the whole time. Luckily, I was in and out of the store quickly. Hire better workers instead of creeps like this.

I love Best Buy.... I was looking for a stereo system for my car... With installation and all other necessities... Unfortunately, way too expensive. So I'll keep connecting my phone with tape 3.5 adapter... Lol...

This Best Buy like all Best Buys is more of a show room. There have been many times that I have come in for an item and have been instructed to buy it online. That's just how retail is nowadays. Regarding the store itself, it is clean, organised, the associates they have are great, they always have a great attitude. There isn't much product because the larger selection is online.

We went to buy me a smart watch and they have all these employees just standing around talking and not one person came up to us asks if we needed help. We did asks one employee to help and I believe he was done for the day but he helped and because of him I have my watch I wish I knew his name

On-line order ring doorbell. I called Best Buy to let them know I was at the store. I picked up the item and was on my way. No waiting in line

Never ask geek bros for help if I could give a negative star rate I would. They flat out lied to me and said I needed to pay $350 for a fix when they took apart my PC to see the issue in the first place, they took out my memory a bit so windows would not boot up right so they can scam me out of 350 dollars.. never go here for help with ur pcs. Flat out scammers and tried to scam a kid. Can not believe you money greedy sobs trying to scam a 14 year old.
