Absolutely worst experience with a bank ever, right from the get go nothing but issues. Set up an account with direct deposit, unlike EVERY other bank and even the online banks that have your money on up to 2 days early this bank has it on my account 12 hours LATER than it id just received a paper check. I mean I get my pay stub from my work before my deposit shows up. And the. When I do get it, some b/s always seems to happen like last week was locked out of my account for 4 days because I signed on from my computer one time. Had to jump thru hoops to get it reinstated. And now tonight goto the gas station and my f-ing card does not work. Account does but card is no good. Only had card for 3 weeks now. Barely used and it’s toast. Will be taking my business elsewhere tomorrow.

I went to the bank to make a deposit I’ve been going to this bank for at least three times I had no issues I went today October 2 they told me that I had to update my profile before they make a deposit into my account. I gave her three I d and I told her I used to be with bank of the west before they combine together to Pnc so she told me there’s nothing I can do for you what a snotty attitude so I left the bank. I went to another bank told him I want to do a deposit I made a deposit no problem.This Pnc Bank is racist the girl who helped me her name was Reici-The teller Very snotty attitude do not go to the bank

I came in to open a PNC checking account and was "helped" by a lady by the name of Renee I believe or something similar to that. She is an African American lady and I am only stating that to clarify exactly who I am speaking on. I brought in all needed documents, but she told me some excuse about my bill I brought in having my first name instead of my last name first was the reason as to why she couldn't open an account, which is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that she was also rude, and seemed clueless as a banker as she kept going over to the next banker asking for help. I wasted 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no reason, and I would not recommend anybody going to this branch at all wasting their time which is why I wrote this review!

I can't believe they are closed on regular working business hours unbelievable and very unprofessional... I was going to deposit checks for work.. and no one was there..and they didn't even have a sign up that said closed..I am sorry but they are a joke.

Bank manager is the rudest person I've dealt with: not only in the banking sector, but also in any sector, what kind of "bank manager kicks someone out while being serviced by another bank associate". K know BBVA LA LIGA was bought out by PNC. Hopefully some cutback are in order as this unstable woman has a serious customer service problem. I'll be back to this exact branch to ask her name and this was truly disrespectful. She called me a fumbler and that the bank was closed and said "you need to get out". However, there was still another person in the branch while she told me this who was Hispanic and I'm assuming she's a racist as she knew my name but Hispanic boy got to stay. Dear PNC- fire her or you'll lose account from other members. Legit worst service I've ever had.

I just left BBVA and my banker was nice. However this crazy chick comes out of the woodworks at this Arab looking dude screaming to stop fumbling around. Rudest bank manager I've ever seen. Glad I don't go here often. Looked like the dude was just taking a pic. Crazy! Anyway, I got to leave at 5:15 but this guy was kicked out at 4:55. Makes no sense. Screw this branch.

Came to this location and the tellers are present. They see that they have an incredibly slow. There was a line, and there is one teller who was on the phone. Instead of the other person helping us, she just told all of us that once the teller is done with the phone call she'd help us. Been waiting for a while. When I showed the employee I was Yelping my experience here and showed her, she just laughed and said "Ok". Never again at this location.

Been with BBVA compass for a long time now. Not the greatest costumer service. The teller cheryl is so slow and not the friendliest. I usually go to the one off Tyler that is my home location huge difference my home location has the nicest tellers very fast service, so very surprised with this one. Try to avoid coming to this one as much as possible but I do work close by it.

I am extremely dissatisfied with BBVA Compass credit card. My wife recently received a promotional offer to transfer balance at 0% for a designated time. Two transfers were made and promotion was acknowledged. The third balance transfer with a creditor was unsuccessful online. Therefore, my wife called and notified them of the issue and BBVA suggested to send her physical checks to mail in payoff to creditor. We have received 2nd statement after supposedly balance transfer and to our surprise, we're now being charged 29% interest!!!...outrageous!!!. My wife has called and disputed charges, which was escalated to supervisor for review of file and voice recording of initial call. After review, BBVA has decided that checks were issued for a cash advance to pay off a BALANCE TO ANOTHER CREDITOR! BBVA's response was that we requested checks and not suggested by BBVA and that justifies a request for cash advance. My wife took the checks per suggestion since online transfer was not being recognized. Why would we pay off a balance of 11% to pay 29% with NO PROMOTIONAL OFFER!....Does not make any sense whatsoever. BBVA did not and will not do anything to resolve this matter. We will be paying off small balances and closing account and not open another account or do business with any BBVA institution. THIS IS A SKEEM! I gave them one star solely because they honored two of three transfers we wanted to do. I will not be referring or recommending BBVA to anyone. Sincerely, Irate Consumer

A terribly awful, bank as a whole. Will not knowingly or willingly do any business with them again. They've mismanaged my money, made unauthorized inquires into my credit records, did not allow me needed access to bank tellers to rectify matters, and they lack banking locations in many areas, which makes them really inconvenient. This lot isn't quite right and wavers where true ethics are concerned.The branch located at Heritage Plaza, Riverside, is quite dishonest especially, as the fellow who assisted me when I closed my account did not return all funds that were due to me. He said that the money would be returned to me in a few business days. But it was not. On a ratings scale of one to ten BBVA Compass, deserves a grade of one to none.

I cannot express how wonderful BBVA Compass Bank is. Moreover, specifically the Arlington Avenue branch in Riverside. Cheryl, Kevin and Paula are excellent at what they do. Although BBVA Compass isn't everywhere, that's fine by me. They do business where I do business and they are a fine bank. Gone are the days of the local bank where everyone knows you by name except for them. There is never a line and I haven't had to wait more than just a few minutes behind 1 or two random customers. For as long as BBVA Compass is around, I will be their customer. Good job, Compass! You are the epitome of what a bank should be.

I've never had any issues with the bank until recently, my issue is very simple. This is the only BBVA near me, I work late hours and depend on the ATM most months to input money into my accounts. For the past 3 months I've had nothing but issues with it, it's always down, or broken, or just outright not doing what I want. 2 weeks ago it took a check and didn't even register the amount, I had to call and go through a process to get it fixed. Tonight, I tried to deposit cash into the ATM, it would take it, and cancel and print me out a receipt. After multiple cycles of this I gave up with no deposit. I leave the 3 stars because I have been a loyal customer to BBVA for many years. They have been nothing but nice to me and their customer service is superb. Always a smile, and a friendly aura. Please, rectify this issue.
