I don’t understand what takes so long to fill an order for pickup!!!!! This is ridiculous and poor customer service. This store takes the longest out of several I have used.

We loved this new look on the second floor and we almost always come here each time we go inside the mall (at the near end of our visits). We'll always come back because we loved the "try me" label on hand wash to try out the scents before buying the specific scents!
