Just try getting good service at this branch, I dare you! Erica the greeter thinks her job is to turn you away so her co workers can screw around and talk. Had to force them to close my accounts because apparently you need an appointment to do two mouse clicks and swipe a card - happy to be free from BOA.

Dora, the branch manager, is rude and has a bad attitude.I'm curious whether anyone from Bank of America management is checking the reviews because I saw several complaints on Dora more than 8 months ago and it seems she still acting the same.It's about time to do business with Chase or Wells Fargo

Came into the financial center for a simple wire transfer and it took approximately 2 hours to get this process done. Severely understaffed and not very efficient
