This location, actually, all locations of Bank of America are always packed and never have enough tellers. The 2 or 3 tellers they have usually take their sweet time to speed up the service. I say this as a person who has been in the customer service business and I understand the "sense of urgency" needed. However, here, there is none of that. They don't care. Bank of America itself has no regard for their customers.Do something BOA!!

At Bank of America 2 tellers working only. One is a merchant teller. 18 people in line. Have no one that can help to reduce the line. Need more tellers at this branch. They closed the other branch on Magnolia and Donald so we could wait longer.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEwhy this bank still operating should close this branch. Rude Staff even the manager you should know how to treat people to be nice. She doesn't know Good Customer Service you should teach also your people how to be nice to the customers. When i get inside the bank on the first door office that lady told me im gonna wait for 2hours to discourage you to transact or what you need or they avoiding too many people inside.If there's a Zero Star i would rate zero.Dont come here SUCKS.

Terrible service, had me wait 15 minutes while she was on phone only to tell me they couldn't open an account for me because they close in 15 minutes to make an appointment. I told her I couldn't because I work 6 days a week this is the only time for me. "I'm sorry" Go elsewhere!!

Whenever I visit, at least one of the drive thru ATMs is not working and lines inside are very long.

This place is horrible i came for a bank statement and they had me wait over an hour and 1/2 the staff here sucks take your money elsewhere

If I could give negative zero star I would. The lines are long . The manager is trash. There's No business line. There is never have enough staff. and make sure to count you money . They will short you. keep driving even if it's an emergenc. You'll be sorry every time. I promise

Horrible can’t talk to anyone. You need an appointment for anything now a days. Long lines and they’re always thinking they don’t have a solid answer. “Well I think it can be this button or maybe try calling customer service”. This place has the worse rating should of checked before coming here

BOA sucks, hence I closed my checking account. I wrote a check for $25.00 and they charged my account $250.00 . Recently I paid $100.0 into my credit account and I am still searching my statement to see where they credited me for that payment

ATM's are awful. Both drive thru ATM's are never working at the same time, and don't dispense $ if they are working. And that's any day and any time of day. Inside ATM had a scanner on it! I'm done with BofA

Needed to update my name & they earliest appointment was two weeks out. The drive thru ATMs usually only have one working.
