Completely useless staff. I walked in and they fight amongst 3 of them about who has to help the customer. I’ve come in here at to charge the same 3 batteries for the past month or so. I do it now just to see how lazy they are. One time it took them 3 days to attempt to charge a battery. None of the batteries were ever charged. They were all good batteries. I tested and charged them myself after attempting here. Avoid this place like the plague. Customer service is non-existent. Rude, under qualified high school kids who act like the customer is a problem. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Great friendly staff and all the usual services you’ve come to expect. Would have been 5 stars but the location is shady and dangerous. My gf was almost abducted in the parking lot here around Halloween. But the AutoZone is tip top just don’t go alone at night.

came to this AutoZone to return chains for my tires and the stupid lady said she won’t accept it because the tag but then, when I go to the other location, they accept my return. This lady has terrible customer service and did not even look at my chains she just completely refused it. She’s the fat manager/ worker at the front.

Went in first time to purchase a few things gentlemen that helped us was very friendly but today we had to go back and return some items and Victor was very rude. Didn't give good customer service at all.

This is a brand new auto zone. They should really check who they are hiring, the employees are very unprofessional rude Ect I have a coworker that has a horrible experience there They witnessed the employees that work there treat another customer pretty bad she could not believe the employee was so nasty and unprofessional to the customer I would never give this company my business Buyer beware.
