HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Would never ever EVER recommend this place. My elderly grandpa went in earlier today and was discriminated by an employee. My grandpa asked for a Spanish speaker and was rudely responded with "this is America we speak English". We didn't catch the name but awful representation of what customer service is about. (Older man) For Riverside being such a big Hispanic community it was uncalled for racist remarks to be said, especially when speaking multiple languages as an employee makes you more qualified to be hired for that same reason.. for customers who prefer/need it.

My car battery died and, left me stranded on the side of the road in the blistering heat of California .The store manager Ralph was a Amazing!!! He answered all my questions and was very professional without me having to ask him, he went outside and installed my new battery in 1.5 seconds. He even reminded me to back inside and get my core refund. This storm manager needs a raise. Other autozones, you can't even get them to answer the phone they just answer and put you on hold. Thank you Ralph for your excellent customer service. I definitely will be back.

I have been a client from the auto zone for a 15-year move from pomona to riverside.I came to visit this store a couple of times and noticed the customer service from JEREMIAH is really bad. He already helped me last 2 times, and he is too lazy to do his workthe first time, I brought a battery to check out, and he didn't want to check it because the battery didn't have any label. A co-worker tells him what to do, and he has done it with a bad attitude.The second time, I went to get an oil filter, and he just gave me the number for me to look grab it. At the time I was looking for it, he was just joking and laughing. I didn't find the filter and just decided to leave and go across the street when I was walking out. I told him thank you, and he responded, "You welcome he not even bother to ask me is I found the oil filter that tell me that he doesn't care about client.Like a mention I been coming to this store or any other auto zone, and when you request an oil filter, the employee gives it to you, not just give you the number for you to look for it.Just myself and other customers were there when all this happened

Jeremiah, is the most kind customer service person that I have ever experienced in my life. Jeremiah is thoughtful, caring, and I came in because I had an issue with my son’s car. Jeremiah took the time with a wonderful smile to help me figure out the problem and resolve the problem instantly. Jeremiah went above and beyond what I could ever hope for. I hope that AutoZone understands the Gem of a person this man is truly sent from Heaven. I will return to this AutoZone for all of my car supplies. Ralph (Manager) cant belive a company as big as Autozone worldwide can have people like him representing them he had a horrible attitude rude no customer service whats so ever he made me look for my bolts on the rack basically look it up myself i would never buy from that store i told all my family not to go there either. Sunny Double A towing .cali style c.c. West Life customez . All Day towing . Economic tranmission. Cali tires. Autocare . Yeah u lost all my familys business.
