Don't dare refer to their 1 wire alternators as self exciting and if you don't want self excited speak up before the order. They do NOT like that term, use 1 wire alternator to stay on their good side;) Bad customer service. Will not work with this company again. Good luck guys, I'm sure you'll do just fine.

Fantastic product, never disputed, customer service wasn't helpful when pointing out their return policy verbiage didn't match the actual policy. Keyboard warriors defend this company with tooth and nail so no win for me. But the 3 stars is for the product as it does what it's supposed to do.

Good group of men work at this shop , have had my upgraded 300 amp alternator for over 2 years and still kicking strong ? a must have if you have a pretty beefy car audio sound system, Sam is the man , very knowledgeable and helpful, strongly recommend this place this man knows what he is talking about

Their alternators are top notch, as I now own 2 on both my 2017 Nissan Maxima and my 2014 Nissan Maxima SV Sport package.... Had some issues with the first one and had to send it back in(they fixed it at practically no cost to me, but I did pay return shipping), but I was ok with paying the return shipping. Me and Sam did not see eye to eye on a few things buy he was professional and still made it right. On my second alternator everything is good except the battery warning light and brake light on my dash will not go off, I've tried everything I could but no luck.... The alternator is working good tho so far, and I expect it to continue to do so. Honestly, I think Sam needs some more help up there, but overall this is a great company with legit high output alternators that I would recommend to anyone.

Purchased an Alternator from this company that I didn't end up using so with in a couple days receiving I had call autotech engineering to do a return the lady at the company was very rude over the phone she had told me we really don't do any returns but let me see what I can do for you in her own words shr had got my number down and said she will call me back so she ended up calling me back and told me they will accept the return but charge me a $50 fee to return a $340 part like what the heck I should have just went to auto zone or O'Reillys auto parts they don't charge any fees for returning an item that was not used or needed any longer definitely won't be dealing with this company any more they lost my business

Customer service is above and beyond! Ordered a 320 amp alternator for my Honda and when it initially showed up, it had been damaged during shipping, causing the pulley to be stuck in place. When I called to inquire about a return the lady on the phone offered to send me a free shipping label to have it sent back. They had no hesitation offering to give it a second look and fix the pulley. Soon after I received a personal phonecall from Sam himself, who explained the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. After I shipped the alternator back to Autotech, it was promptly fixed. Sam personally took the time out of his day to call me once more and inform me that the alternator had been fixed and will soon be shipped back out to me. I just recently installed the alternator and it works great! I received such amazing customer service and open communication throughout the process. Go Autotech!

Sam is quick with the turnaround if you bring in your alternator it’ll be fixed within a few hours and back on the road same day bumpin!
