Went to the store and the hours were till 10:00 p.m. but they already had the doors locked at 7:30 p.m. I guess the hours changed. The person that helped me was in mode of getting me out of the store as quickly as possible. As soon as I walked in answers were very short and everything led to phoning customer service. I had been dealing with customer service over the phone already and wasn't getting assistance. However, I was directed back to customer service and wasted a trip down there. It really may have not been her fault but at the same time It would have been nice to have gotten a little more pleasant customer service.

Ash was the best! She’s saved AT&T from losing a customer. She heard what my problem was and was honest, transparent ,and got me some help and pointed me in the right direction. Thank you so much Ash! She needs a raise ?

I would like to commend ORCHIDIA. She was the one who helped me yesterday. She’s quite knowledgeable, patient, and professional.I have to mention that the last time I was at this branch. I just stood by the door til someone approached and helped me which took a long while... there was a guard that was glued on his phone and everyone was too busy to say "Hi. Someone will be with you in a few."Last night, when I walked in, within a few mins. when ORCHIDIA noticed that I was just standing there she told me that "someone will be with me to check me in" That made an impression. She is an asset to this company.

Went in today to add 2 more lines to my account, ( my Grandkids wanted phones for Christmas) buy a iPad and Upgrade my other 2 lines. I asked for Matt, he’s the only one worth dealing with at this store, and the person laughed and said he was fired!!!!Big mistake ATT, we are now checking into other companies to do our business with.

If I could leave no stars I would. Went into the store which was almost empty and had to wait a few minutes. An employee who was visibly pregnant (she was wearing a tight belly revealing shirt) came over to us holding a drink and asked through a mouthful of food how she could help us. Explained we wanted to upgrade our phones for the trade in they were offering. She walks us over to a desk where she told us the offers changed every day and ‘you ain’t gonna get $1000”. Very rude and when we said we would change to Verizon the response was ‘ok, go ahead’. We left and will never go back. Very unprofessional.

The girls in this store are terrible and so rude and disrespectful. I've been in there on multiple different occasions and when I asked to wait for a specific staff because that staff always helped me and I was more comfortable with a specific person, the girl gave me attitude and snapped at me that "I'd just have to wait then when she could help me right away". The same girl the next time I came into the store then refused to help me search for charging cords and stood back with her arms crossed and pointed at the cords hanging on the wall and told me to "check them", then proceeded to go into my account not verify me and ring me up. I've come into the store and watched the girls, one is supposedly the manager just stand in the back and not help customers or go in their "back room" and not assist customers on multiple occasions. The girls in this store are like a mini click who constantly try to force things you don't need on you to "boost sales" and if they don't like you they treat you terrible and have no problem standing back mad dogging you and making rude remarks to other staff!! Sadly these girls that work there have ruined this location and I highly suggest you go to another one. Also note that the ulta next door is constantly getting robbed so if your there and they get robbed your trapped in the store/parking lot while emergency services deals with ulta drama.

Excellent customer from the team but in particular Ashley really took the time to explain everything to us . The place is clean and organized . I'm leaving happy with my plan , new phone and new case.

I truly want to recognize Ashley and Emily for helping me on an issue that honestly they did not have to help me with since it happened at a different store and under a different district manager. They heard my concerns, and put forth their effort in helping resolve this unfortunate issue. Good to know this district in Riverside has good morals unlike the other store I experienced. Ashley and Emily I can't thank you guys enough for validating my concerns, and helping me out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Tyler branch with Matt as my savior! After a frustrating and puzzling ordeal at the Chicago Ave branch, where I spent a whopping 3 hours trying to activate my line, Matt turned the entire situation around in no time.Unlike my previous encounter, Matt's exceptional knowledge and dedication shone through. I gave him a brief overview of my struggles, and he quickly identified the root of the problem that had left me scratching my head. As it turns out, the initial branch had attempted to provide me with the premium package while incorrectly charging me for the regular one. This blunder had placed my account in suspension, explaining the entire activation nightmare.Matt's expertise, combined with his attentive and friendly approach, not only resolved the issue but also put my mind at ease. His customer-centric attitude and remarkable problem-solving skills truly set him apart. I am beyond grateful for his assistance and the efficient manner in which he tackled the situation.In light of this experience, I can confidently say that Matt is an asset to the Tyler branch and deserves all the recognition he can get. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to ensuring a seamless customer experience are qualities that deserve to be rewarded. I sincerely hope that Matt receives the recognition he truly deserves, as he is the embodiment of stellar customer service. Kudos to Matt, and thank you again for turning a frustrating situation into a remarkable encounter!
