I had a wonderful experience with Moses at Atlas Design! He delivered excellent quality and design for our team shirts. While there was an initial hiccup with the quote, Moses handled it quickly and maintained clear communication throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Atlas Design, particularly Moses and Chris, to print 67 choir shirts for our choir group at school, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their customer service was truly exceptional and made the entire process a breeze.First of all, Moses and Chris were incredibly responsive to my initial inquiry, and were happy to answer all of my questions and provide detailed information about their printing process and options. They took the time to listen to my specific needs and preferences.Throughout the printing process, Atlas Design kept me updated on the progress of the shirts, and were always quick to respond to any questions I had. When the shirts were finished, they were exactly what I had envisioned.But what really sets Atlas Design, Moses, and Chris apart is their amazing customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the final product, and were so friendly every step of the way. They truly care about their customers and it shows in everything they do.Overall, I cannot recommend Atlas Design enough. Their printing quality is top-notch, and their customer service is truly outstanding. If you're in need of custom shirts or any printing needs, do not hesitate to work with them! Placed an order at opening ceremonies on March 4th and order wasn't ready until April 4th even though receipt says two weeks. There was zero communication from them about our order unless I initiated it and then when I called to ask about picking up my order I was told it was given to a lady who's somehow associated with our league but I've never met her. Now we have to track her down and see when she's going to be available to give us our order. Such a hassle and so annoying I wouldn't order again.

Started out fantastic! The first time I worked with Atlas, they had very reasonable prices and a fast turnaround time! They were pretty responsive to emails as well. The quality of the products we received was outstanding and I have no complaints about that! In the new year though, I started a conversation with Moses about several projects and started getting less and less responses back. For one small order, we got all the way to paying the invoice and after I paid we heard nothing back. It was a rush order and I was told it would take 2 days to complete. It has now been almost 2 months I still have heard nothing in response, I've even reached out to request a refund and have still had no response.

Ordering from Atlas Print and Design was easy and quick! Moses also has great ideas for any design you have in mind and he puts it in print! We ordered our scrubs to have them printed on and they were ready before nurses week so that our hardworking amazing nurses would have their gifts ready! All of the nurses Including myself loved the way they came out and we rock them once a week and we look great!
