Ashley always made an effort to stay in contact with my family and I throughout the years. Communication, punctuality, and her organization are perfection. I’ve work with Ashley since 2021 when I purchased my first house, moving forward to 2024 I decided to sell my 1st house and purchase a new house. This process was accomplished within less than a month! The transition was the smoothest. Ashley and her team are the best from communication to serving your expectations. I totally recommend whether you sell or buy they know what they are doing highly recommend.

Ashely is the absolute best!!! Ashley was absolutely spectacular ?! It didn’t matter how many questions I had. She would make sure I understood everything and just made this such an amazing experience. She made sure to find me a home that matched perfectly for my family . I also have to mention Ashley is a excellent negotiator she really does know how to find you the best deal which in this economy is soo important. Ashley is also very knowledgeable about the market and will be very honest with you whether or not the house will be a good fit for you. Started working with Ashley back in January 2023, at that time I wasn't quiet ready to make the big move on purchasing my home but Ashley was great at providing education on the topic and prepping me for when the time was right for me. A few months later, I started looking at options and Ashley really listened to what I was looking for in terms as aesthetics, location and price range. The process was smooth, overall communication was great the process was overall a 10/10 experience with Ashley. I didn't feel rushed, she really gives you time to process and does not pressure. The trust was definitely there as well. As a 1st time home buyer I would recommend Ashley as a resource/agent for facilitating the process. OH! and did I mention that the home I purchased had ~15 submitted offers and Ashley made it happen! My Offer was Accepted :)!!

I cannot express how easy, stress-free, and enjoyable Ashley made the process of buying and selling our second home! We went into the process of selling our starter home to buy our dream home with a ton of reservations and questions. From day 1 she was communicative, positive, and confident that we everything would work out and MAN was she right. Under her direction, we were able to stage and sell our house on the open house weekend and put an offer on our dream house 3 days later. She answered ALL of my questions almost immediately and showed up to every appointment happily and early. She talked me through many stressful situations during the whole process. We went with the Lender that she knows and trusts and we were able to close 7 days early and fund 3 days early. We are so lucky to have found Ashley and her team. 10/10 recommend Ashley and her team.

Selling your house can be a stressful time but Ashley is knowledgeable, efficient and professional and did such a great job we had no stress at all! She has sold 2 houses for us and will definitely be representing us for our next purchase!

As a new home owner, I always thought that the process of buying a new home would be long, and stressful. But Ashley made our home buying experience so much fun and stress free! I’m the type of person that likes to stay on top of things and little did I know I would find my perfect match in her! She literally kept me updated every step of the way, from helping us find our dream home, through our loan process, escrow, all the way to closing day! We became texting besties!
