Maricela the cashier is very rude and said racial comments . I never leave bad reviews to businesses. I came in here on Mother’s Day . I was checking out with a drink and she said if I’m getting cash back she couldn’t do it unless it’s 5$ or more . So I added some candy to make it over 5$ then she said I can’t do it no more . Saying that she couldn’t go back in the register . Ok I proceed to the atm then she said as I’m walking to the atm I am the boss you wet back. I never felt humiliated in my life . I am reporting this to HR.

It is absurd that with so much money they make from gasoline and merchandise that we buy and do not have a bathroom available for clients. Is this how you appreciate the business we do with you? ARCO and AM PM. The bathroom is there but they don't allow customers to use it.

This location has debit disabled on all pumps so you must either use credit cards at the pump or go inside for debit prices. I thought it was a one time problem but they have no signs with a warning and the same thing happened at my next visit to this location. It didn't used to be like this, and I will try not to ever use this location again.

Marticela, was working at the time when she denied my $100 bill, because of a tiny tear it had at the top of the corner. I needed gas and I had just warmed a burrito and had a couple of other items that I brought up front. And she refused my service. So I went across to other gas station. The guy put tape on my bill and didn't give me hard time. Poor customer service at arco

Do not honor signs or app deals, rude staff, dirty bathroom, sign visible to the public about how staff need to be dusting, checking expiration dates, and actually doing their jobs due to an upcoming inspection. Pretty embarrassing.
