About two years ago, the original owner moved to Oregon and now only teaches zoom classes. The name was changed to Anahata Yoga and BelWellness (Anahata-riverside.yoga) and is now owned by Kellie Boiston. Kellie is a physical therapist (with over 30 years experience) and offers Pilates, Tai Chi, physical therapy and of course, yoga! Her emphasis is on health and wellness and her yoga instructors work closely with her to ensure a safe and holistic practice. The studio is warm and inviting.

Clyde and Kellie are so professional. Both have wealth of information on rehabilitation as long time PTs. The Tai Chi class is wonderful. Finally a patient instructor who teaches history of Tai Chi while instructing in the moves of this beginning class. Pilates and yoga are also taught and supervised by one of the most wonderful educators in physical movement to improve all states of physical needs. These 2 are a great team. Always an enjoyment in living a more healthy life. DT

I am not a yoga person. I was recommended by my physical therapist to take yoga for medical reasons. Jessa was 100% professional and charming for all our private sessions. My recovery is better because of her.

I've tried a few studios. This studio is the only one that I feel shares all 8 limbs of a yoga practice. As soon as I enter the space there is a warm positive energy. I love this studio.

The instructors know how to work with pregnant clients and modify the class for anyone with limited physical abilities. I love the vibe and energy of everyone here and it is by far the best yoga studio I have ever gone to. Check out their two week special for new clients.

Went to Anahata for the 'Yoga Flow' class. Checked the schedule earlier in the day to verify. Arrived at the studio and waited for the class, teacher never showed. Re-checked the schedule online and sometime between when I had checked a few hours before and when the class started, it had been cancelled. I'm sure it would have been a good class, but today Anahata wasted 90 minutes of my time. I'd rather support a business and take classes from another studio that respects my time and sticks to their schedule, not a studio that cancels classes last minute. I do not plan to go back.
