0 stars. Awful experience. I went yesterday to fill up and ordered a car wash. The car wash was broken, barely squirted the soap on my car, the spinning things didn't even touch my car and in 30 seconds it was over. I drove out and parked in front of the store to go talk to the staff, who called the manager and said they don't do refunds. The car wash was $12 and worth 0 cents. I'm out $12 for something they could have prevented by not selling a service they can't provide.

To the owner of this establishment... please be kind to young people (kids). I did not appreciate you following my child around your store undrler the assumption that she was going to steal something or whatever your issue was. She came in for 2 cups of ice, she told that to the cashier already, you came right behind her to reiterate. Very unnecessary. Do better.

Expensive charge stations $10 for 15 minutes, owner also slowed the charger it’s not really fast charging just a scam for them to get rich, avoid if possible

This place is the most expensive am pm in the area. Their gas prices are usually about 60 cents above other am pm. Their prices are groceries and non am pm is triple. Do not shop here. Their employees warn you about prices and do not shop there

If you are paying with a credit card you must go inside (not awesome if you have a car full of little kids) and wait in line. When you get to the cashier, they will move you to the line that will take a credit card. They charge a $0.75 fee to use a credit card. Their car wash is often broken.

We entered this location, holding the door open for an employee who was coming in with a rolling cart. She greeted my husband and I. We (hubby and I) went over to the coffee area and noticed there were no cups. We said to each, oh, this must be because of Covid. We understood and appreciated the safety measures. So, we went up to the counter to get cups. There was one young girl working there and she ignored us as we asked if the cups were behind the counter? She nodded as she waited for the customer in front of us to gather his money. The lady who we were courteous to earlier came from the back and noticed we were waiting on cups. She asked us, coffee cups? We answered, yes. She then asked, what sizes would you like? We told her and she immediately handed us the cups. We went over to the coffee section and began to dispense our coffee. We both noticed that the coffee wasn't hot. By this time the younger lady who was behind the counter was over in the coffee area working on the canisters. Being that the coffee was lukewarm and not hot, my husband asked her if there was a microwave? She just pointed down towards where the microwave was. Not even looking at us, just pointing down at the microwave. In my opinion that is horrible customer service. I asked her if that meant the microwave was right behind her? She still did not answer and went into the back room. As we paid, the very nice lady who gave us the cups apologize for the bad customer service.

I'm always going to Arco's for gas- some of them happen to be AM:PM and I enjoy their app game (mostly for free treats) This location always disappoints. While they had cookies today, the cashier was not even slightly happy, friendly or polite really. I went to wash my windows- they have dry squeegees- no water in any of the bins I walked to. We're at a point where companies SHOULD have employees that are happy they have income and companies should be happy to get business. This pandemic is hurting a lot of us- If You can provide happiness- Then do it!

This is the worst drive through car wash. I paid to have my car washed and it just wet my car didn't use soap and it didn't air dry it. It left my car just wet. I asked the incompetent woman that works there for a refund and she said it wasn't there problem and was extremely rude. Worst customer service and the cashier is an Incompetent d*** b*****
