I needed air for my tire, I understand air is not free, but I am a paying customer and the cashier could have told me no, and that I needed to pay. He lied to my face and said he would turn it on. I am not walking back with my toodler in this 100+ weather ro ask for the air again. I will not be coming here gain, shame on you "cashier"

Arco refuses to let use restrooms. Owner commented to call him/her on what happened, but there is no need. The place hasn’t let you use restrooms for years now. A lot of arcos don’t let you use restroom. You guys might as well go to another brand.

Bathrooms are horrible do not enter and if you do bring a hazmat suit was not clean at all more scared of bathroom than of a haunted house 😵😵😱going home to take a shower now after being in there

I have never seen such a disgusting restroom in a franchise store... And one with a restaurant no less( Church's chicken). One unisex restroom with grafitti and filthy fixtures. Filthy floor. Just horrible!!!
