Just needed an air check and I’m sitting in my car parked here for over 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. Took the 3rd person to walk pass to finally help. The guy who helped me was kind, but didn’t apologize for the wait so I’ll give 3 stars.

My low tire pressure light came on after driving in 115° heat so I was attempting to go to a gas station to add air to all my tires but thought maybe I should have them checked to be safe since I still had an hour drive left. I looked up a tire shop and found American tire In a convenient location of the freeway. I went inside the shop and they said I didn’t even have to get out of my car, They have a gentleman that checks the tire pressures in the back of their shop and can help. What?!?So awesome! After waiting only a few minutes in line Michael found the issue-all my tire pressures were fine at 39 except for a new tire that was replaced due to a nail recently, it was 49. Michael deflated the ear to a safe number for me, this was free service and greatly appreciated. Thank you American tire for getting me back safely on my drive with my teenagers. I highly recommend this place, they are friendly, fast and very knowledgeable!

Let me tell you the truth about the team members here at America’s Tires.. They treated me like I was some celebrity, as soon as I drove up I was kindly greeted as if they knew me in another life, Team members are totally professional, I brought two New Tires to be balanced and mounted, and a tire pressure sensor replaced.. The quote was so reasonable I thought they were joking..I was in and out before the estimated time frame they gave me!
I honestly felt these guys here were faking it..
So I brought My wife’s car in the next day,
Here we go again, they greeted me and treated me so nice, I was looking for a hidden camera somewhere?
You don’t find this kind of Customer Service at tire shops in Riverside! Come to America’s Tire and see and feel that thing they call Customer Service!

This place is great. I had my car towed here on a busy Saturday afternoon, and with all the hustle and bustle, this team was kind, courteous, and took great care of us.

Customer service has really gone down at this store. What's the point buying tires online and setting an appointment when they can't follow through. I had to call to see if they had the tires, then they didn't, then the did, then they didn't. Plus they didn't torque the lugnuts on my RV tires to the proper setting when brought it last time for a rotation. Time to find another tire store.

I Just wanted to give a positive review and share a great experience I had at American tire on Merrill Ave In Riverside ca. I had a flat tire and literally had to walk a half a mile to get it fixed to this location. Luckily the exit I got off at was close to this facility. I called and was lucky enough to speak with Edgar U. He quickly notified me over the phone that he had the tire size I needed. Once I arrived I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Edgar literally went out of his way to replace the tire on his own even though it appeared he was working the front counter. He knew I was in a rush and he quickly finished the job. Hopefully one of his managers reads this. Please give this man a raise asap! He is an asset to your company and deserves it. Thank you Edgar U! You made my terrible day, Much better. Thanks again

I'm a Discount Tire customer but happened to be in Riverside, CA. with time to kill. I stopped in to get my tires rotated without an appointment, and they got me in and out very quickly. Great customer service.
