My name is William Gallegos just had a follow-up visit here at alcam medical in Riverside with Frank Lopez. I just want to say that every single time that I come here. It seems like he fulfills every need and aspect that I'm concerned in. He's addressed everything at a 100% level with me. my satisfaction is over the roof and I just wanna make that known to whoever his superior bosses are and he's doing a 100% terrific job. As far as his tendency to acknowledge my needs for my prosthetic. I'm very happy with his attention and his focus on me and everything that he does thank you! Frank Lopez. The therapist Francisco Lopez was very attentive for his patience and ability to adapt me to my prosthesis. This company is worth it. And I do recommend this company.

I came in the office the frank came out as soon as I sign in he help an knew just what was wrong with my hand they was great with everything I need if you have any problems with hand leg arms please come and see them

Foot orthotic insert was no way made with care. The picture was suppose to be 97% accurate. My orthotic foot insert was made too wide it won't even fit in my shoe. So very dissappointed. My husband is disabled and their location is far from our home. They woukd not allow me to mail it to them with the show insert to fix it for me. So as of 8 weeks already I can't even use it. Very dissappointed with whomever made it. Dont they even try to see if the width fits into a regular shoe? Just very upset, that I have to go back to repair it. 9f they didn't get it right the first time, I feel I'm wasting time and gas, to take it back. They should ask more questions to see if the orthotic is being used in a regular shoe like new balance or nike, instead of sending something extremely wide, that it can not be used.. Be very careful and mention details about what shoe your using it in. I wish they were kind enough to understand patients for instances and help reconcile the problem.

Juan provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. I have to give the facility a 4 due to his coworker at the front desk. Prior to working with Juan, there was a rude Hispanic lady at the front desk. This was my first time at the clinic and she was on the phone while I stood at the front and signed in, patiently waiting for her to get off the phone and feet from the counter. She gave me an unpleasant look several times and rudely told me to have a seat. A few minutes later, Juan called my name and I then proceeded to ask her the reasoning for her behavior towards me and she gave me the lame excuse of Covid. I had to check her attitude and bring it to her attention. How can you say COVID when you don't have a mask on but I did? She is a bad spirited individual who doesn't have proper or appropriate customer service skills whatsoever. But it's the world we live in. I hope Juan gets employee of the month not just because of his customer service but he took the initiative to not have me interact with this demon and is a Cowboys fan!

Poor service. Took my dad to get his collar for neck support in December. After 1 1/2 month they send him wrong collar and I called and informed them. They said they will call me back. Never called. I called again after 1 month. Then they say that’s the one insurance approved. They never informed me that during 1st call or anytime. If it’s not covered I would buy the correct one. What’s the point getting one if it’s not helping. Then they asked us to come back, I said no need to come you have all the measurements, just send the correct one. Looks like they lost his measurements /information or something. I’m very disappointed. Not going back and wast our time and money. Going to order similar one online.

Absolutely worst experience. I do not understand how they managed a contract with my families insurance probably out of pity because I do not see any other reason why they should be contracted under any insurance. Since November, we have been dealing with insurance not covering our previously covered site and we had to be referred to this absolutely, terribly operated, God-forsaken place. The desk receptionists cannot coordinate with their Dr's, the Dr's are never available. We get an appointment for early December on the phone and we were told "yes, we will see you at this date and time" and confirm it. Shortly afterwards call back and cancel, ask to reschedule no problem "1 time" no biggie right? WRONG!!!! We reschedule with them for another date and again called back and rescheduled due to a MD not being a specialist for pedicatric patients. Ok we reschedule again for December 15th to where this so called MD can see us. Several days go by and get an appointment reminder to confirm so we do. I get a call that they cannot see my daughter for a fitting because the Dr. is not a specialist for pediatrics...so does the staff not know who does what or what they can or cannot do!? How incompetent is the front staff? We reschedule for December 20th to which they acknowledge they can do my wife goes for what was 2 minutes for a measurement of my daughters leg and hip to just tell us they do not have the brace and would have to order it. DECEMBER 20th said they would order it. Since then we are told it would take about 2 weeks because of the holidays and yadda yadda. We call all throughout January told us they do not have it and will call us when ready, it comes in and what would you know we need to set up an appointment???? January 9th they called me and left a voicemail that the brace was still not available but should be in within the week. We get a call January 17th, 8 days later that my daughter can be seen January 22nd and a text message to confirm the appointment of January 24th at 1PM with MD Patrick Price, which I accept and confirm same day after I spoke with the receptionist.. Then January 23rd in the early hours I get called while on rotation and told the doctor is not available at that time it would have to be sooner at 11AM....so why the hell do we get confirmation text messages and the receptionist that Dr. Price was available at 1PM? How does this happen multiple times!!!!??? My wife had to reschedule her modified day from being off at 1PM to now 11AM to go now. Finally the time and day arrives my wife goes in by herself while I am at school -to which I said I would go she told me no- the Dr. tells my wife to her face that they ordered the WRONG FUCKING PART!!!!???? OH, you have to be the most idiotic, incompetent, unprofessional, Doctor that "specializes" in "your field" to order the WRONG part for a patient. To which he said he would overnight the correct part...so that is an option NOW after all the other issues we had!? We tell him we are going to pull the referral and he has the FUCKING AUDACITY to say WE would DELAY PATIENT CARE...HOW FUCKING LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT ON YOU AND YOUR STAFFS' MISTAKE TO THEN SAY WE WOULD BE DELAYING PATIENT CARE, YOU FUCK! I go in today, the day the part is supposed to arrive and ask to speak to the office manager regarding the next day shipping they would do and nothing has arrived yet and when prompted the desk receptionist said the Dr. told your wife it would be today at the very latest Monday!!! Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME, We are patient, but our patience has run dry. Do not take, yourself or your family members to this facility, save yourself: the time, the money, the hassle, and the stress. You will be better off than even making the attempt here.
