Celisse (i may be spelling her name wrong i'm sorry) is so so helpful and sweet. Thank you for making my shopping experience pleasant and easy. The store is lucky to have you. Albertsons also has fair prices on groceries this has been and will always be my favorite company for groceries:) This store in particular has a large and beautiful selection of flowers.

Waiting 40 minutes and watching the clerk make your deli platters when you ordered them 2 days prior for a specific time is ridiculous. Awful customer service

Sam and James are incredibly amazing to my family and I anytime we go shopping here. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They are a huge reason why we shop at this location.

Worst Customer Service! The deli department has the worst customer service. One employee servicing customers didn't have on gloves or a hair net and food on her hands while helping people. The other employee was rude, unprofessional and demeaning. I spoke with two managers and both seemed unbothered. Whatever happened to good customer service!

Cashier was very rude, had a big attitude and was mad, her name is alyiah and i do not recommend going to her as a customer, worst customer service ever. i'm a loyal customer to this Albertsons and have never received the type of behavior until today

Albertsons workers take up the only charging stations for the entirety of the day. Great to come shopping but horrible experience while they're never being able to charge due them not moving.

I came in to buy some groceries today. I accidentally surpassed the prompt to enter my phone number for any savings I had. The checker said she couldn't manually do it on her side and that maybe next time I won't surpass it. Needless to say, there won't be a next time. I'll take my business somewhere else. No need for Albertsons to reply and offer for me to call the store to discuss . Maybe just pull Rose aside and teach her how to manually input phone numbers, even though we both know she knows how to.

I absolutely love doing my shopping here. Greg at the meat counter is a delight to deal with. Crystal is an asset to the store. She was the best barista at Starbucks, she does amazing on every assignment she gets. I will say when she is not at the Starbucks I think twice about going. Sadly the girls there now are just not friendly or welcoming. They are always having their own conversations. Jen in the liquor department is just the best! Always able to make great recommendations and super friendly. I have seen her talk to other customers and it is as though she has known them for centuries. Always has a smile on her face and super sweet. When she is at the register she's even more amazing.

Beautiful and delicious cake! When ordering, I wanted chocolate frosting but red white and blue flowers since our anniversary falls on the 4th of July. I was very concerned that it would be quite fugly, but they made it GORGEOUS! This will be our new go to bakery!

Very clean and relaxing shopping environment. They didn't have what I wanted and I didn't get to experience customer service besides the young lady watching me at self checkout if you call staring customer service, but I love a good clean grocery store filled with kombucha!

I ordered 2 sandwich trays for a birthday Party on on Wednesday 4/19, for the party on 4/22 (enough time), they canceled the order for 50 ppl an hour before party. When I called they just gave me the run around, gave me fake names. It was a horrible experience. Please be very careful the deli service is crooked, underhanded, sneaky and place blame on each other. Worse communication with customer.

Came here before heading to a place with friends. Grabbed some bottled water and a sandwich from deli area. The store is very clean, quick check out. Very quick and nice for people who have limited time but need to grab something!

This is a great store. I've lived in this area since before Albertsons was even built. Now, this is my main grocery store. I like that they carry most brands. The app is pretty annoying to get the deals; you have to click through 50 or so coupons individually every week for the digital coupons. Large variety, lots of produce, and a Starbucks inside. They have sushi available. My only complaint is the quality of the sushi has gone down recently. Today, my roll was practically all rice. I can't afford to pay $9.49 for a rice roll when I ordered a spicy tuna roll. See my picture. Instead of the old slogan "where's the beef?" it's "where's the tuna?" If I wanted a rice roll, I could just purchase a bag of rice and make 50 of them. Second, they no longer supply chopsticks, so if you want sushi, then eat it with your hands.
