I have a 2004 chevy with the duramax. The truck has close to 300k on it and the old airaide filter had seen better days. I called airaide and they sent me a new one with an adapter that was broke and a pre filter! They even overnight shipped it. This company has won all of my business... Thanks Airaide!

Outstanding customer service support. I called to order a new Plexiglas cover for my airbox as mine had gotten scratch and cloudy overtime. Not only did they not change me for the replacement which I didn't mind paying for but it was delivered to me less than 24 hours later and I live in East Texas. Bravo.
