Have had AAA for over 15 years …helped me, my teenagers who are now grown and I used it today for a flat on the freeway … such a HUGE help when help is needed. And always service with a smile!! Thank you

Had a nightmare on the phone dealing with the AAA toll free customer service person. Went to West Springfield office and had the issue addressed pleasantly and professionally.
