This is a unwelcoming environment, they followed me around the store, a lady working there even told her employee to close the door cause she felt it was unsafe as I was shopping. I’m not sure if I was being racially profiled and it wasn’t my first time shopping there but I felt trapped, rushed and judged. I just bought what I needed then left, definitely will not be back.

The staff is lovely! I told the girl that it was my first toy and she helped me choose one and was very patient. They have testers so you can feel and see what will work for you. I didn’t feel rushed either. I’ll definitely come back.

The place smells like there's literally sewage soaked into the carpet. I immediately felt nauseous upon entering the store and had to leave within 5 min. If any management sees this PLEASE FIX YOUR SEWAGE!

My wife and I went in there for a thing or two and didn't know where to start until Emily came around and helped us out and showed us around the store.. she was very informative about the products and helped us with picking them out.. she does a great job of making the experience comfortable and fun.. had a good time shopping with wifey! THANKS EMILY!!!

Terrible customer service experience. The ladies at the front try to upsell you at the door. The prices are high enough as it. The girl ringing me up continued to try to upsell me, then gave attitude when i refused to give her any more commission. Ill bye online from now on. Wont be going back ever. Don't let them take advantage of you.

Rude staff. I needed to do a separate transaction due to privacy reasons and the staff member had an attitude, if the store was busy than I would understand not wanting to take that extra step, but I and my friend were the only customers in the store. I apologized for any inconvenience for doing separate transactions, but that our purchase needed to be discreet. And the teller rolled her eyes I definitely wouldn’t come back to the store, because privacy and respect, and not judgment is very important in this type of environment and in this type of business. I am extremely disappointed in the policy whereby you cannot return anything as soon as the credit card is charged.! I bought some things yesterday that were over priced by 200 or 300% I later found out on the Internet. I tried to bring them back today, when the store opened and they explained emphatically that there is no return policy the logic of this may be found in the business practices of these types of stores, but it certainly doesn't lend to any credible customer service. I will not set foot in one of these stores again, go to the Internet if you want to buy sex based items.

Today is September 24 and it was around 230 in the afternoon me and my fiance came in and we're very warmly greeted by three beautiful ladies and were helped THE ENTIRE TIME. The first 5 mins we were told the deals of the day and given some pointers around the store, and even tho the outfit I tried on didn't fit the way I wanted the lady who helped we're SO nice. Thank you so much girls! I wish I got your names. ♥️

The Staff member who helped us seemed knowledgeable but demeanor was very dry & monotone. It was like if she was tired of reading a script. She talked over me several times, kinda rude. I didn't get her name but she had bangs & dark longer hair. After being asked what my budget was, I felt like I was trying to be up-sold; I wasn't being recommended products within my range. Not the best experience.
