For quite some time, I have been buying gas for all my vehicles and sometimes buying beverages and lotto tickets at this store. This evening, when I went inside to buy some lottery tickets and drinks. But the cashier would not assist me and his excuse was that his shift was almost over and I would have to wait 5-10 minutes for the next cashier. As a result of his behavior, i had to leave the store and I was extremely disappointed.

Friendly staff is not enough to compensate for a customer rip-off! If you choose to redeem a lottery ticket for gasoline, at this station, you MUST be sure to get your cash first, then choose your pump. The computerized register, defaults to the higher "credit" price for your gasoline, even though your lottery ticket is cash. yeah, Union 76 has chosen a default setting that rips you off! Now that is what I call crappy customer service. Welcome to the evil empire I guess!
