It’s super crowded couldn’t even finish a full work out. Not air conditioning, it’s super hot. Not enough equipment for all people.

I used to come here when my knee was busted, my breathing my side. I got serious, not like being electrocuted before, but the gym is always a healthier, better place to get back up spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally. It was great for meditating therapeutic to get back up with the getting up. They A lot of workout equipment, a big indoor pool, jacuzzi steam rooms are nice sized, and space good after working out and childrens play area. I got mentally greater and stronger, and by that time, I was somewhat able to get back to physically go about after covid place was still standing.I like this gym.I remember I used to sleep in the front, sometimes not homeless or by choice. Come back and pull over doze off So I guess you can say it safe like, but I wouldn't advise that You don't have to worry about having your car broken.Because for some reason, my windows will stay cracked and somebody will always drop or has dropped either a hundred dollas or twenties in my car Roll up my windows.Having an envelope left it on my windshield so you don't have to worry about them robbing your car. I definitely used to ask the people in the front never found out. I would thank the individual who ever it wasn't 1 dollar. Also left it in locker said it wasn't gentle man i never found out but job had me in different city so but I can say had my struggles this where came clearing of space the click the thinking bulb you can say clean inside sanitized I don't know who they're plugged 2 when it comes to water. I only said that because at some other places, their water stinks like it smells and you do not want to get out of shower or come close to washing your hands and something else.So I can't say the water, at least this gem.Do you get some decent clear clean water.Lowkey on my journey a blessing stop incan feel your old self in standing next to you As you transition over.

Today I tried to use my 3 day pass to check out a silver sneakers class. I was told I would have to take a tour of the gym or pay for the day. When I said I just wanted to see the class I was told, “Look, I’m trying to work with you here”. Felt like I was buying a used car. I left.

The health department should be called upon this facility.there is mold growing in all of the men's shower stalls. the floors are filthy, there are hair clogs in the drains. poop flys are on the shower tiles next to the sauna in the pool area.trash everywhere.it is so crowded that it's really hard for anybody to work out.you have to wait for a machine before you can use it.it seems like the staff really doesn't want to keep the place clean.out in the parking lot there is trash and litter everywhere.please somebody call the health department.I will never go to this place ever again

Once a good gym but recently its become overcrowded and lazy frontdesk staff , every time i come in they are standing around and joking with each other at the front desk. The cleaners are always working hard but It does get messyLost some airpods here and I asked if i can leave my number incase someone brought them to the desk, the staff said "i would write down your number but the next shift would probably throw it away.

Terrible customer service would not recommend, LA Fitness on Arlington is 10x better.

Not as bad as the Corona 24, but this location isn’t stellar either. Staff is friendly buy apparently can’t do anything about the AC in the “spin room”. Every time I am in the spin room the AC box reads 77 or 78 degrees. Not ideal for spinning or running or stair climbing or doing any of the other cardio equipment that they now have in the old spin class room. I have mentioned the temperature at least 3 times, and the response I usually am given is, “I’ll definitely look into that.” Apparently looking into it means simply confirming that I am correct because the temperature hasn’t changed in over 2 months.

It’s alright, I would recommend replacing some machines with others that people would actually use and adding more cleaning stations would make this place a lot more sanitary and the amount of times that equipment gets stolen or damaged is insane, but overall it’s still good because I can get a good workout in

Great equipment, but do expect to wait upwards of 30 minutes to use one machine as this gym is extremely packed. There are actual lines of people waiting to use equipment. This gym is so packed that you can't even park in front of the gym. You have to find parking in front of another store. Seriously, so packed. I advise trying another location.

Homophobic and very unwelcoming towards women. At first I embraced all the half naked old, very fat, and hairy men in the saunas but after overhearing staff and members complain about my presence I just simply had to leave a review. My first day visiting I was harassed by a group of boys twice, and then again by other men at least five times. Today (3rd visit) I saw the cycling rooms lights were turned off so I decided to lay down and stretch in the dark. I did NOT turn off the lights but the light switch is literally accessible to anyone. I'm guessing I fell into someone's trap for me since this is a small gym and I've been visiting consecutively for three days now. This gym is very much meant for local men with gang tattoos call it what it is really, this gym is a meetup spot for local gang members and associates. So! I was in the room for 40 minutes when a employee knocked on the wall loudly and warned me not to sleep in the cycling room because he "cannot have THAT here"- I wasn't sure if I was going to get kicked out or banned because of the homophobic culture and hostility I've experienced from staff and even customers. Literally 20 minutes after two men walked into the cycling room just to harrass and threaten me, they didn't even work out they literally came in to say- "imagine waking up tied up in chains"; so much for safe and welcoming. Since the cycling room has blue lights I typically stretch there since the lights are great for post workout recovery especially if you work out in the late night/early morning like I do. I'm definitely complaining more about the homophobic and violent culture at this 24 hour fitness. And I didn't even get into detail about the gang members and simply old men that gawk at teens and kids. Absolutely no disrespect from me towards others but some people cannot stand LGBTQIA folks and this gym promotes homophobia as well as hostility/violence towards women.Aside from the above mention complaints this gym is not clean, yes the weights will stay unracked, lots of customer's so being mindful of your surroundings is important, front desk isn't there sometimes, pool/hot tub/hot rooms are not clean, equipment will not be put away, etc. The custodians replace/refill paper products, take trash out, but don't clean. Leadership of management is lacking here bc no one will work hard for lazy mgmt.

It's a good gym, but it's in a bad location.Beware that the parking lot is known for a lot of break-ins. Myself and 2 other cars got broken into between 9-11pm while we were working out. The 24 Hr security cameras couldn't catch the robbery because the cameras don't cover the full parking lot. If you drive around the side of the gym, you'll notice left over glass from previous break-ins.So be wary. You can get your workout in but your car window taken out.

24 hour fitness off of madison is open 24 hours, unlike my closer mckinley location in corona that closes at 10pm... i love going to this particular 24-hour fitness because they have a lot more equipment here than my local 24 hours. I usually frequent this gym between 1am to 5am. That's my preferred time window. It is a lot less crowded, there is more equipment available for use, & a general sense of fewer people in general. You are able to get in a good quality work out regardless of the hours. Just be aware that the location is a sort of super 24 hour fitness, so it is crazy popular amongst locals. You have all your basic necessities here and more from cardio machines, rowing machines, punching bag, bench press, squat press, various ab machines, a rope pull, a turf artifical grass area where you can push a sled, or flip tires, a jacuzzi, a sauna, & a swimming pool, a bike room for cycling, restrooms, showers, locker room, etc. They also sell various workout items: protien powder, amino acids, etc
