Staff is rude and incompetent. The associate Claudia talks down on other people at check cashing places saying they don’t know what they’re doing when she’s the one who doesn’t know what she’s doing. Don’t bank here.

This is my home bank. Every interaction that I’ve had has been on the phone. Over the last few years I’ve called for different reasons and I’ve always been polite but they have always been extremely rude. I don’t understand why. The lady I recently spoke to as soon as I told her the reason for my call she acted irritated. As if she didn’t want to deal with me. Eventually I pleaded with her to please be patient with me and help me resolve my issue. I can understand a person being frustrated once but every single call has been this way. In person I usually go to the Hanford location which is an extremely pleasant experience every single time..... this location in Riverdale needs to understand that they are holding our hard earned money and they don’t have a right to have an attitude.
