This store is horrible. Employee are nice till they get your business. Owner rude and cussing me out for returning a bed that came in box. Had to call bank to stop pmt. don't shop there.

I have had a terrible time with this furniture store. First of all I had purchased furniture from them years before and was satisfied never had one complaint the wife or owner Bebe I think her name is has always been considerate and helpful but everyone else in that store lacks what it takes to be in business. And in this day and age when someone's opinion matters you would think they could handle customer service a little better. I believe this is the second or third review updated that I am writing. When I purchased the reclining sofa $2500 one of the recliners went out with the USB cord , they brought a replacement. Then the furniture stains so easy I just got fed up with it . I told the owner who was supposed to contact me back before Christmas and he gave me the runaround until finally I called the claims department through guardian that I was given by the wife. Well turns out that they wouldn't even cover it because they stated that since I did not tell them I knew where exactly or what the stains were from (and I mean you have to say exactly what it comes from) they would not cover the purchase. So I told guardian insurance "are you kidding me that because I did not lie and say what the stains came from that you're not gonna replace the furniture or come out and clean it or anything " so then I called the store and left another message for the owner (after not even getting a return call from him since before Christmas 2021) and told them what happened and I am still waiting to hear back from them. I told whoever it was I spoke to that this was the last piece of furniture that I would ever purchase from them nor would I purchase any of the insurance products , so if you are going to purchase something from them after some of the reviews on here just know that you had better be very careful . So far they don't stand by their product. And yes I am writing this before hearing from them because as of yet I have not actually spoken to them when they were supposed to return my call as of before Christmas last year and is what the review is based on today. If they do respond then I will update and amend this review. Having good customer service is one thing but no resolution skills and that's an entirely different matter.

We've been to a lot of furniture stores this year trying to fully furnish a house. Bibi at Windmill Furniture Gallery has hands down been the best person to work with and their warehouse had the largest selection of furniture. They also had all the pieces we wished to purchase in stock, no waiting around for weeks or months for it to arrive. Bibi went out of her way to help me find the right pieces to match the flooring in the home. She also went above and beyond in showing kindness to my children at each of our visits to her store. Hands down this will be the only place we go to for all of our future furniture needs.

I’m a returning customer because of their unbeatable prices, friendly customer service and beautiful furniture selection. In fact, today I walked in and bought my children a twin bed trundle. Very friendly owners and good customer service! I purchased a sectional from them recently but I am also a repeat customer. Years ago We purchased a bedroom set from them . So when I started looking for a living room set I almost forgot about them because it had been so long . I decided to stop in and I am glad I did. Still same friendly people and friendly customer service!
