The employees quickly reached out to the owner who reached out to me and resolved the issue promptly. The owner then reached out to me via email with a very courteous and professional response. They were in no way responsible for the mix up, yet they took accountability and wanted to make it right. Mail depot went above and beyond to be of service, that seems to be rare these days.”
