Horrible service the representative are rude as hell went in due to cell phone signal issues and when explaining my grievinnces I got "mmhmm yeah " and other generic uninterested responses almost as if I was bugging the employee with my issues

I purchased 2 phones in jan 2021. One of the phones just stopped charging. I asked if they would take care of me and i was told that i have had that phone for two years. Witch is not true. Then when i proved them wrong about that, they changed there lie and said they Don't fix charging issues. Then they hung up on me. Then had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to up grade. Unbelievable. I took my phone to a cooperate store and they took care of me right away.

Store Rep did not disclose $20 non-refundable fee. Metro always charges an activation fee - in my case it was $15+tax for a Tablet. But then this shop tacked on an extra Non-refundable $20 store fee. I asked the Store Rep what the return policy was and she said I had 7 days plus a cap on data usage. She failed to disclose the $20 Non-refundable EXTRA fee. And she folded the receipt in such a way so I couldn't read the "non-refundable" verbiage on the receipt. Dude, I think that's pretty sketchy behavior. Don't buy stuff at this store. Just order your device online or at a Corporate store. Or ASK them in advance about any non-refundable fees they tack on. See my pics for reference. Be aware of that extra fee they are charging you for visiting and buying at their store. It's going to cost you extra. This transaction disturbs me even more, because the last Metro store I visited - I got the WORST attitude from the store reps. So this is my 2nd purchase at a Metro store in one year where I walked away feeling mistreated or cheated ?

I came into this Metro and wow I've never been greeted so respectfully. Ammar and Jacqueline had welcomed me and made me feel like a friend. I had trouble with my phone and they took care of it in seconds. I will always come back here .

UPDATE: a total goof up had my unlimited data plan not engaged on my cell phone for a solid year. Also, I had to go across town to transfer my cell phone info to a new phone when they should have done it at this Riverbank store. So my 5 star review is now 2 stars. I was really stressed about switching carriers and AMMAR from this Metro store made everything painless. He knows his s*** too. Great customer service and plain talk and info from this man. So glad I made the change! My service is great and the price can't be beat. Promotion at the time of this post enabled me to receive a FREE SAMSUNG J7 phone & a discount on a case and screen saver.. You cannot use a credit card for initial set up although you can pay future bills credit card. NO CONTRACTS

Says it closes at 9, I called an hour early no one answers. I get there and see two girls there least they can do is answer the damn phone, drove all the way here for no reason, change your damn closing hours if you're not going to stay til 9 what a d*** business.
