Walked in to Mattress Firm and Eric Horn was very helpful. He showed us all the options from most expensive to most affordable. He asked the perfect questions what we needed and wanted. Not once tried to upsell us. Explained everything about each bed and we left with a new bed. We’re very happy and pleased with the customer service couldn’t have asked for better service. My wife and I came in for an adjustable base and was greeted by Shane. He was very knowledgable in explaining the differences between each of the bases. Mattress firm was the only place I needed to go. My sales person was Shane. He's been in the business for 20 years. I spent probably a good hour and a 1/2 in the store to learn everything about the bed that I bought and got sheets and pillows got it all

Eric was very good at his job he had some glitches with his computer but he got them straightened out took a little bit of time but he did a good job and he let us know that if there's any problems to contact him very good work very good work.
