Amazing experience at CVS inside this Riverbank Target, I was trying to get my mothers medicine for that she relies on considering she is kidney transplant patient and she is on medicare, the cost of this medicine is not possible for many to be able to pay and with changes to medicare or within the pharmacy i was fighting an uphill battle to get my moms needed medication, after countless hours and days with medicare and cvs pharmacy reps one unbelievable member within the pharmacy Yulissa went above and beyond to get the information and details to accomplish getting this medication for my mother, and i just have to say i am very pleased to know there are still people who not only care about their jobs but also understand the importance of their clients needs and I feel like I came upon Yulissa and I couldnt thank her enough for all her help. Thank You Yulissa you are genuine and i hope your hard efforts are always recognized.

I have 2 prescriptions that are refilled on time every month without any problems. I also get a call to remind me that they're ready for pick up. The staff is always very friendly and even when extremely busy they make sure to acknowledge that we're waiting and apologize for the wait. I will always use CVS inside target for my prescriptions.

So today I went in at around 5pm I waited nearly 15 min just to drop off my prescriptions. I began perspiring, shaking and my pain level went from a 7 to a 10 while waiting in the line to drop off. Finally I used my voice and yelled for help, I said please assist us because I feel like I'm gonna pass out! Than the very rude pharmacy staff finally called me and told me I'd still have another 20 min wait if I wanted my meds. I agreed to wait! No empathy or any concern in the world from the staff all she did was take my script and shooed me away! Okay 40 min came up? The pharmacist still hadn't called me. Again I voiced my self to be heard! Then I was called! WhT happened next was a violation to my human rights! The pharmacist said she needed my ID I only had an expired one since my wallet got stolen, anyway she looked at me smirked and said that's not gonna work!!! Okay I've been a customer for over 10 years! But being treated with such disrespect, being pre judged because of the way I look, and purposely being treated rudely cuz they were stressed or over worked! In the end I got my meds!!! I told them they'd see to it that I would not leave until I got my meds!!!!! Beware of the rude pharmacy staff they caused me to have a full on anxiety attach resulting in me having to have the paramedics come to help!!!

If you can get your prescriptions anywhere, do it. They are always too busy for you, refuse to figure out any problems and can barley take the time to look at your prescription.

Worst pharmacy ever. They do not care. My doctor has sent my prescription over twice & cvs just keeps saying they dont have it & to call your dr. So i am going back & forth between cvs & the dr-both of them saying its each others faults. Will be switching to Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! The staff don't care. They act like you a bothering them. Had to call today about my prior authorization that they were supposed to submit on 5/7/19. It was done done. They just did it. I got a very blank sorry. Bad service always! Long lines. Never any help.

My pharmacy had closed permanently, I was told to go there because my meds were transferred here. I never had employee be so rude. The pharmacist was even worse. Don't waste your time here.

We had an issue with an expired product. When it was returned,Dion, our customer service person handled it perfectly. He was apologetic, refunded our money and provided credit for another product. Kudos to Dion for handling this situation like a true customer service professional.

This is not my pharmacy, but I've been here multiple times picking up for a friend. There is always an issue. One clerk has difficulty making change, once while my friend sat in the car on way back from a procedure I went in to pick up the two RX already filled. Since one was a controlled substance it was in the safe. But the only person allowed to give it to me was interviewing a prospective employee. I purchased one of the two and then was informed that I would have to wait until the i interview was completed. I waited over 15 minutes and complained. The clerk said you have not been here that long. I showed them the receipt which showed the time and it was over 15 minutes. This last issue involved ER Rex which need more primary doctor approval.i was promised this request had been faxed to the primary doctor and it did not happen. I suggest that more employee training should be done. Would not recommend at this point.

My first comment: My "controlled" pain medication was given to a complete stranger a few years ago ... I had to call the Sheriffs Department and make a police report before I could get another prescription from my doctor ... we viewed the security camera with the sheriffs department and caught it on camera ... a complete stranger ... My second comment: My husband picked up his prescriptions a few months ago and brought one home for me ... CVS "kindly" filled a prescription that I had not taken in over a year ... they charged my husband $20 for the prescription that I did not order ... I had to have a fight with them to return the prescription that I did not order ... and get a refund for the $20 they charged me ... for a prescription that I did not order ... I went to pick up my "controlled" pain medication this last Saturday ... and the head pharmacist threatened me ... I was told that if I did not move my other prescriptions to CVS that they would not fill my pain medication prescription next month ... she couldn't tell me if that is a "CVS" policy ... or a "State" policy ... just that they WOULD NOT FILL MY PAIN MEDICATION PRESCRIPTION NEXT MONTH IF I DIDN'T MOVE MY OTHER PRESCRIPTIONS TO THEIR PHARMACY .... This pharmacy is UNDER PROBATION ... for good reason ... Don't use them ... they are probably threatening other people to move their medications to their pharmacy to cover the attorney fees and court fees they have to pay ... They are AWFUL !!!!

I have been using this Pharmacy for 18 years, No more, they are the worst ever, long lines, that don't have your prescriptions ready as promised, then they don't bill it to the correct insurance. Then you have to wait and get back in the long line again. I am changing Pharmacies! Just like the other reviews, lines like Disneyland. Dirty, nasty store. It was way better when it was a Longs.

Just stopped in to look. Store seemed nicely setup and staff were appropriate. I can't really give a longer or fair review since I was in and out in literally minutes. Great place to use the bathroom though if you are passing thru. It's cleanliness could use a little work but it wasn't unbearable all things considered.
