I have used Peterson for the last few years to smog my vehicles. Billy at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with. It is highly recommended to make an appointment as they are usually pretty booked. They have always been on time with my appointments and the smogs take roughly twenty minutes. I have posted a photo of their current pricing.

Great place to go to get your smog inspection, conveniently located near the entrance to hwy 99 from 2nd street in Ripon. I have used them for year's and they have been able to consistently fit me into their schedule even when I called for same-day service. This is true not only for emissions inspections but also for brake replacements and oil changes. I recently had my front brakes replaced and they made a last-minute schedule change to get the work done. They were able to perform the work under the estimated price, and it was the least expensive price I found after calling other local service centers for estimates. Unfortunately, many auto shops dishonestly gouge people for costly or unnecessary repairs, so finding an honest business can be challenging. I highly recommend them!
