This is an outstanding local bank. I recently have changed over from a mega bank of sorts to a local bank. I travel with my work and find it very secure to use my debit card.

My family has been banking with the OVCB Ripon branch since they opened. We have several types of accounts with them: checking, savings, business, credit. Their service is excellent, and the personal, professional attention they give far exceeds that of any other bank I've been with. I have never had any problems with clerical errors, misdirected funds or unsatisfactory waits in line. What makes this branch really stand out, though, is the personal attention. I always receive a warm, friendly greeting when I walk in, and the best part is that I don't have to memorize my account numbers or fill out my own deposit slips - they do that quickly and accurately for me. I know that if there are issues, they will call me; if I have questions, I know who to call. It's so easy. My kids know where the candy basket is, and there's a complimentary, well-stocked Keurig coffee station by the door. Unfortunately, I'm never in there long enough to make use of it.

Small daily spending limit. Hidden fees. And when you close the account they could care less about losing customers. Ran by high schoolers.

the high and haughty lady at this place wouldn't even give me change, since I wasn't a member there. I said "wow... and I never will be." and walked out.
