I tore my ACL back in October of 2022, and ended up having surgery on it in January 2023. While I was back home for the summer, I needed to continue doing my physical therapy as I was in that 4-7 month mark of my rehabilitation. At this point in the rehab process, my objective was to get my strength and mobility back to where it was before my injury. The group of PT’s and aids at the Ripon location were very friendly and helpful in this process and never let me get down on myself. I was able to make really good progress throughout these 3 months, and my knee was feeling good. Now I am back in my senior year of college playing volleyball again with no complications. I would highly recommend using Golden Bear Physical Therapy in Ripon, CA for all your future PT needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Golden Bear Physical therapy. I blew out my knee and had a ACL graph and meniscus repair, and they helped me recover better then I ever expected. I’m able to do everything I did before I tore my knee thanks to them.

I completely tore my ACL and the Golden Bear staff helped me recover not only physically but mentally. They challenged me and tested me to make sure I was 100% good to go on the field. There Team made me more confident in my knee and gave me my strength back in order to return to sports. Everyone is nice in there and they what is best for there patience.

Great culture of health and fitness. Quality PT with care and attention. Facility is adequate stocked with equipment for a multitude of muscular focuses.

Horrible. Cancel appointments if you don't confirm within 45 minutes (people work during the day), and can't get in with them for months.

The whole team is involved with helping you reach your therapy goals. The exercises, techniques and procedures are tailored to help you progress and succeed.
