Pharmacist and helper were extremely rude. Told me to quit calling even though it was my first time calling. I was checking the status on my acct but my time kept getting pushed back. I called to see what was going on. I will be changing my pharmacy as soon as I can.

I scheduled two vaccines appointments for myself and a family member two days in advance just to arrive to the pharmacy and be told that our vaccine was unavailable due to the doses being expired. This was communicated to us AFTER confirming appt and checking in to appt. They even sent us a reminder text an hour before our appointment to have us come in. While this is most likely automated, the pharmacy staff should CHECK INVENTORY for the day and at least call patients if there are any issues BEFORE their arrival. This is honestly an embarrassment because this particular pharmacy is not busy and could be doing work instead of sitting around. Additionally, after being notified that they would not accommodate us, they did not offer to reschedule our appointment. I asked if they would be restocking, when the doses had expired, and who the manufacturer for the vaccines were. The pharmacist was unable to answer ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS. I'm unsure how a pharmacist can confidently inject patients without knowing the manufacturer / lot / expiration of their stock. I recommend not coming to this CVS for pharmacy related inquiries because of the incompetence of the pharmacist. At other CVS's such as target Modesto and Livermore the accreditation of the pharmacist is apparent upon walking into the pharmacy area. In Ripon, I'm not sure if this pharmacist is qualified or has graduate education. I could be wrong but, however the certification was not posted and the pharmacist did not answer any questions nor apologize so I can only assume she does not have any credibility as a medical professional

I went in to get a prescription and they told me the customer in front of me was the last customer they're helping before they go to lunch, which is understandable. However, they proceeded to help the person behind me as I was leaving the store. All I ask is to do the right thing and be honest next time!

The pharmacist Manager Gurwinder is one of the most rudest people working for this company. She lacks professionalism and customer service skills. She belittles clients and acts mean and rude. She should be fired from this facility. She is not a good representation of this CVS

Always pretty good store , but it’s annoying when I rush over there ten minutes til 9 because it says they are still open online then I get there to find they closed at 8 .. so many places need to update their hours online it’s one thing if it says 8 but actually is 9 but the other way is really frustrating
