Would put 0 stars if I could. Slow and rude customer service. CVS is champion in rude service but this Ripon location beats all the others in the category.

Miss Maggie has helped me several times in the Pharmacy area and has always been so patient and kind. She conducts excellent customer service for CVS and is a model employee. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

I went in to get a prescription and they told me the customer in front of me was the last customer they're helping before they go to lunch, which is understandable. However, they proceeded to help the person behind me as I was leaving the store. All I ask is to do the right thing and be honest next time!

Terrible customer service false advertising. They say there accepting walk-ins for the vaccine got turned away and told to come back following day. Following day came back around the time they told me and got turned away again.

With two little one's, my wife and I go here on a fairly regular basis to visit the pharmacy. The store seems nice, we're always welcomed when we come in with a friendly hello. I'm really impressed with the pharmacy, specifically the pharmacist Mr. Le. Today I went in to get two shots, my wife I insisted I go when he's there, she too is very appreciative of his kindness and professionalism. Mr. Le greeted us, sat me down and told me all about the shots I would be receiving, just a very kind and warm man. Very satisfied with the help and information we receive from this pharmacy, they seem to go above and beyond what we're used too..

From never being able to get medications in a timely manner, to the slowest counter help of all time. For some reason I stuck it out because I did not want the hassle of moving my prescriptions. Today I went to pick up a much needed narcotic for my Mom with Alzheimer's (a refill not a new script) and they refused to fill it because she had previously picked up a different narcotic. Are you kidding me? Her MD is well aware of what she has had and what she is currently receiving so how in the world can they tell me they will not fill it. Plus they kept the triplicate so I can't just go try somewhere else. I will be changing pharmacies and never go back once this is resolved. Angry, frustrated and confused about how to resolve this as Mom really has horrible pain and needs this medication. Ugh!!!!!
