“I can always get the car doo-dad I need. On top of that, the staff is genuinely nice. Alexander and Mr. Serrano go above and beyond to help us out. Me, my husband, and my 21 yr old daughter have gone in separately on multiple occasions and we can always expect friendly help with zero "mansplaining". Even when I have been legit dippy (like the time I came in to return a battery core without the receipt), they have been super kind and genuinely watched out for my best interests. Gotta have a car, so I gotta get car stuff, but dealing with the staff at Ripon O'Reilly's makes it a great experience. The whole family appreciates their "good neighbor" customer service.”

“For ALL you senior gals (and guys) out there who dont know much about cars and the mere thought of entering a parts store frightens you...go to OReillys in Manteca and ask for Christopher. I dreaded going in there but also dreaded going to the Nissan dealership because I knew they would gouge me. I took a chance and figured I would stop at OReillys first and if all else failed, i would suck it up and head to Modesto. Fortunately, this nice young man not only walked me through what was wrong with my front license plate bracket...he removed it and installed the required bolts---sending me on my way with a smile. Instead of $100 plus at Nissan, I spent $10 at O'Reillys and had the pleasure of receiving good old fashioned customer service (its been quite a while since I have seen this type of service). O'Reillys has won me over thanks to their attention to service. Not only a job well done, but a great display of good human kindness!”

“Today I went to O’reillys here in Escalon and was swiftly assisted by Lillian, she quickly found the oil and oil filter needed for my Dodge. Awesome service every time! Recently my catalytic converter was stolen off of my ford excursion 04 (they also sliced my transmission line in the process) so I decided after finishing the oil change that I’d jump under the truck and get to work. Tyler perfectly identified which line it was (there are 2). I needed the one that runs to the radiator and he knew that. I appreciate the culture that has continued here at the Escalon location and I will always come here for all my automotive needs.”

“Today my tire popped on the street and I was able to make over to O'reilly parking lot. I went to get help at Meineke Car Care Center. The guy there said they don't do tires. It was cold and I have my 5 year old with me. I went to O'reilly. The employee even tried to call the place for me. However the one that is close, are closed. Thankfully another employee named Miguel came out to help me. He helped me changed the tire and put on the spare. 5 stars because they did the best to help and I am grateful. Thank you.”

“Unbelievable Service, the best I have had. I need a fuel filter for my 72 VW and Gil ordered. It said it’ll be there within one hour. Customer service is excellent always friendly and prices are very reasonable. If they don’t have it, they will get it, hours are great, specials are definitely worth it. The wind is blowing about 30 miles an hour and the employee is over here fixing the customers car in the rain. Where else can you get that kind of service? Definite yes!!”

“Terrance I appreciate you !!! Helped me trouble shoot the cause of all my car issues . Wasn't sure if battery , starter or alternator was the issue but he replaced the battery did some tests and fixed all my car problems. I had voltage issues, shaking and rough idling, low brake fuel etc just a bunch of stuff. And now I don't need to go to a mechanic! Car drives supppper smooth. Doesn't idle rough anymore. My car wasn't starting all the time and now I haven't had an issue. It starts super quiet. My brake fuel is filled! Got my tail lights also fixed at O'Reilly s ... feels good knowing we have awesome people who can assist and not have to stress on paying an arm and a leg for inspection at a shop. Thank you! The initial testing was free for the battery starter and alternator.”

“My son came up from Southern California with my grandkids to attend his 20th year class reunion. Before leaving for the party, he learned his key fob battery had died so he had to borrow my car to attend the reunion. Since he intended to return home immediately after the reunion, I found myself with grandkids to babysit and no transportation to procure a replacement battery for him. My sister was at a gym located near Batteries Plus but had only taken her ID and gym pass so no way to pay for the soon-to-be-needed battery. Fortunately, Batteries Plus had a very easy solution to all my problems. I was able to order and pay for the battery through their website, which they had in stock, and designated my sister as the pick-up person. THIS THRIFT STORE!I could seriously spend like a week in there sifting thru all of the hidden treasures. they have name brand items, like Vans, Nike, MissMe Jeans, True Religion...and even higher end clothing, like Marc Jacobs, Stacey Adams, and Vera Wang I've seen it all in there. Much more cost friendly than Plato's Wallet Killer Closet.... better product and never over $20. I bought a brand new drawstring Nike backpack with matching shoes for under $20. They have sales that actually save you money. And, they've got a huge.selection of home decor, like paintings, shelves, and other furniture. There's household appliances, like a big selection of Shark vacuum and shampooers. They have outdone the Goodwill Store, which used to be in that building before them.I'm actually on my way there right now to buy some new shirts, a couple pair of jeans, and hopefully I will also find a pair of sneakers to match an outfit. I usually do.One more thing: The people who work there are really cool. They treat their customers with respect, and they are helpful with things like loading furniture and other large items in your car or truck. Always friendly, never rude or impatient.”
