My Bank of the West account was purchased by BMO. I just spent well over an 1 hour on the phone to add my travel plans on my Debit card. The prior bank had this function on the website. I was told that function is coming but it has no due date. I have tried twice to use their live chat and each time it has been down. We will be traveling a bit this year and having to call them each time will be getting old. FYI, you have to do this for each individual debit card.

Although I did not get my way … the customer service I received from Angelica was wonderful! She made sure all questions were answered and properly handled. Gave me some options and very attentive. If she was not sure with the question she made sure to ask her superior. Even if I did not like the out come I still appreciated the honesty. Open an account with Angelica!!

If I could leave a no star review I would. I waited a week for my paycheck and then Chime rejected the mobile deposit and couldn't tell me why. ? I closed that account. So I thought I would try Bank of the West in Ripon. I opened the account online and when I went into the branch to deposit my check I was told by Tyson (still wearing a mask?) that it would be held for another 9 days and I couldn't get any cash back. I told him to close the account. Nine days! Outrageous!

Rude, rude, rude. Teller was nice but the manager Debbie was very snarky and rude. I would not recommend this Ripon bank.

After visiting this branch for my 4th time I can honestly say this staff is just plain out rude. I've noticed the locals get treated a tad better than strangers. I get the whole small town thing but not when your clearly playing favorites.

Only six online transfers a month, so after that good luck accessing your money unless you want spend your lunch break going to bank. Also dont deposit your paycheck on friday it wont clear till wens. Go in person or automatic deposit.

Been banking here for over 10 years now and don't think I would back anywhere else. Everyone is always very helpful and nice. I've never had any issues.
