918 Oak Ln, Rio Linda“First of all I have to start by saying, the fact that we have a shop of this caliber in Sacramento is such a huge treat. I’ve been to JAM several times and always leave with something that sparks pure joy. I’ve purchased for both my son, daughter, god son and many friends. You can see the care and thought that is put into literally each and every item sourced for this cute little shop! As a mom of both a boy and a girl, it can often be hard to find boy items as most brands don’t favor the production of boys clothing- as it isn’t as sought after. I appreciate the fact that I NEVER have trouble finding the cutest boy items and also appreciate the gender neutral options, as often my son (being the younger) gets his big sis’s hand-me-downs! All in all, when I need a place to get something of suburb quality that can span the test of time- JAM is my jam!”
“My old review pretty much sums up my feelings about Evangeline's. One of the best shops in Old Sac. and in town! It's nice that the costume section is now open all year long instead of just during the Halloween season like they did in the distant past. It has been a few years since I have been back since my fiancée Joe K. had passed away. We both loved to dress up for Halloween, Sci fi/fantasy conventions and Yelp themed events. We had a lot of commonalities together. At first, I was a bit melancholy about entering the store, but this time, I came here with my sister to look for an outfit that she could wear for her grandchild's "Frozen" themed birthday party. We found a suitable dress that she seemed to like, but she didn't want to try it on first, thinking it was the correct size to fit her. However, it was a disappointment when she finally tried it on at home. First, it looked too big on her. The attached sashes were placed in an unflattering location on the dress, and all the glitter that was glued on, made a huge mess everywhere! Also, the long blonde wig that we had chosen in it's package, turned out to have grey streaks in it! Bad choices on both of our parts! Even though our shopping trip here didn't fulfill what her hopes were, I still have to give this business five stars, because our selections were not their fault. Evangeline's is still one of my favorite places to visit and to reminisce about the happy times Joe K and I shared together. Maybe, someday in the future, I'll have reasons to return and continue with new memories and a renewed enthusiasm...”
“"I recently visited Kidology Toy Store and had a delightful experience. The store offers a fantastic variety of toys suitable for different age groups. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect gift for my grandkids. The store's ambiance is inviting, and they have a well-organized, beautiful layout. Additionally, the prices are reasonable and making it a great place for quality toys. I highly recommend Kidology Toy Store for anyone looking for a wide selection and excellent service."”
“I brought in a 1984 care bear in the box and was supremely disappointed in their offer - I don't agree with their comparing it to an old ebay listing that was a complete anomaly compared to other listings.
You might be able to snag it for a great deal if they still have it!”
“One of my favorite comic shops in the area. Tons of vintage and new collectibles from comics, figures, and bobble heads to models and more. Anime, godzilla, simpsons, star wars, star trek, aliens, etc. The prices are better than most places and the staff is super chill.”
“Mother Goose is currently closed due to a fire in their building (smoke damage) with no estimate on when they will reopen. This is such a bummer as this is our favorite spot for unique children's toys. The owner is so sweet and friendly. I hope the entire complex is up on their feet soon”

2405 K St, Sacramento“I know and love every corner of this store. I buy most of my presents for friends and family here as they have so many unique gifts and the BEST birthday cards. Wendy and Mary are the kindest and wisest women and are part of the reason I come back again and again. Christmas season is lit here with unique and rare ornaments by the hundreds.”
“One stop shop for pretty much any Funko you can think of. Why go on Amazon when you can take a small drive and buy these brand new in the plastic case. I went in for a Rick and Morty Funko, and blew me away how many Different Variances he had. I bought a Shrimp Rick, Limited Edition from 2019’s Comic Con, this guy rocks.”
“Best kite shop in the heart of Sacramento, they exhibit a world of colorful party decors indoor and outdoor, puzzles, games under one roof, incredible, on top of that the customer service is par axcilance”
“We drove about 100 miles to get here. Well worth the drive. They have everything from the antique marbles I bought for my collection to a old / new to us desk chair and of course dolls. Box’s of them all on sale. The dolls are outstanding. My wife got the back room deal!!! Lol. Just fun a real museum where you can buy a bit of history!”
“Well established and respected store. John was honest and loves vintage toys and comics! They. answered my questions and have tons of experience with card games (Pokeman, etc.), fine arts and vintage stuff.”

It is a nice enough spot. Just make sure you've got comfortable shoes if you visit, because you will have to read while standing since there are no chairs inside the store.”
“Walking in here is like taking a step back in time with toys of old. Train tracks, sport cars and also transcends to today's fun as well. They do have some extraordinary toys as well.”
“This is hands down my favorite comic book shop in Sacramento! They always are super friendly and knowledgeable and kind to me and my son! We started to go to buy Sonic the hedge hog comics, but I also buy dnd accessories and Pokémon cards there! There is a great variety of things toys games comics books figurines cards, and just so much dope stuff! Marcos helped us many times, but he really went above and beyond my last visit! My son is super into Pokémon and he took the time to teach us to play and build a deck sleeves and all. He was so kind and patient with us! Lovely people! It's always a good time visiting this gem of a shop! A local must! SHOUTOUT TO THE AMAZING STAFF ?”
“Stage Nine in Old Sacramento is one of the biggest souvenir and gift shops in Old Sacramento. It is not only for the tourists. I have purchased the gifts here many times. The store is big and well organized. The employees are very knowledgeable and attentive. I can always find some things I like in Stage Nine. But the parking is hard to find on the weekends.”

“A Great R/C Hobby Shop in the Heart of Sacramento Capital of California USA ??
Thanks ? & Found my Items on Reasonable Prices. See you guys soon bye ?”
“This is a very good business for a 99 cents store. The people who own it run it very well and have good customer relationships. It is within walking distance from home which is good. They have good selection of items. I'd recommend them.?”
