Interesting how my car handles differently after being towed by these jokes. The blonde had a sick sense of humor about her job as well. I'm over here actually concerned about getting my car back as soon as possible and she had a sarcastic attitude the whole time. Not to mention the $120 fee to OPEN THE GATE?!? NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS EITHER SO YOU JUST DEAL WITH IT! PANDEMIC PROBABLY GIVES THEM FALSE CLAIMS TO AFTERHOURS SO THEY CAN ALSO CHARGE THEIR "GATE FEE". This company runs a scheme to screw people over all around. The employees clearly drive cars they have towed before. Just not a good company all around.

I just wanted to a piece I can't remember one was $120. And the other was $150. And I am sorry I didn't need either of them but they got some one to get the car.

My first experience needing a tow truck. I accidentally missed my turn on dark country road and ended up driving straight into a very deep ditch. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts by friendly pedestrians to get my car out, law enforcement kindly asked me to get a professional onsite. This tow company came up in my google search. They answered phone promptly and had a driver onsite in 10 minutes as promised. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficient manner in which they got my car back on the road. It was much safer too and no damage to the car the best we could tell. I'm hoping I never need to call them again, but if you need a tow truck in the Rio Linda/ North Natomas area, please call Sacramento Towing.

Always great at getting rid of vehicles breaking the law. People complain, but then dont park where you shouldn't, pay your registration etc. They have always been prompt and professional while towing my vehicles.
