“I needed the LCD screen on my digital camera replaced. I had the part, but none of the camera shops said they could do the labor. The camera shops said that no one does that job anymore. I called here and the guy said he'd give it a shot. He was able to do it and my camera works fine again. It was also cheaper than I expected.”

Having spent 2 hours the day before in ATT voice mail (you know the drill) and getting absolutely no where, I made an appointment at the store. Mike, through no help of mine, (I was lost, couldn't even remember my phone number, SS number or security questions) was able to get a technician (who was amazing, too) to come to my house, install the fiber optic box, and get everything working. “I actually like Cricket wireless, but I do have one major issue with them. When my husband and I started our service with them, we got 2 free phones with the startup service. The sales clerk told me at the time, that if we didn't like our phones, or if anything at all was wrong with them, to just bring one or both of them back to the store within the first 7 days, and they would replace them for free. My husband's phone had something seriously wrong with from the very first day. I took the phone back to the store on the third day, and the sales clerk wouldn't take it back, or replace it like the original clerk that helped me said. This second clerk gave me a phone number and said I had to call this number and send the phone back to the company in order to have it replaced. This is very inconvenient for me, and it is not what the first sales clerk told me. I think that it is very important that this company honor what they tell their customers, because if they don't honor it, it makes the customer have to go out of their way to get their phone replaced, and this is not right. Now my husband has a phone that has never worked properly and we have to go through a lot of unnecessary stuff in order to get his phone replaced. Not good Cricket Wireless!”

“I am 64 years old and not very modern technology oriented but I did just buy Samsung Galaxy A23 5G which I love and want to know everything about it. I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
